GoogleDale has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When my pen estate agent didn’t know the answers, Dale did. He was helpful and communicative throughout. He ensured our sellers knew, during some difficult times, what was happening. I would thoroughly recommend Dale and Bridges!

GoogleFrom the start, Bridges seemed genuinely interested in selling my property and had an enthusiastic, but realistic, approach. Grace, who I dealt with originally, offered great advice which allowed us to secure us a sale very quickly and at a good price and then Amy and Rob both ensured that I was looked after as the process went through. I (like many, I think) find the whole process of house selling very stressful, but the team at Bridges were very responsive and always on hand with advice and updates ensuring that we got the sale through to completion. No regrets at all in using Bridges.

GoogleBridges in Fleet have been professional and helpful throughout the sales of my Mum's property. They kept me informed on a regular basis. Dale managed the situation well and Rob helped enormously when getting the exchange through. However, I would like to thank Amy in particular for her help and support throughout the process.

GoogleHouse selling is always a daunting process, my father chose Bridges initially due to their convenient location and how very glad we were that he did. Dale was approachable, helpful and always welcoming to speak with. He helped my Dad throughout the process and never lost focus that this was a man who was selling his home of 40 years so the emotions were running high. The care, compassion and patience shown by Dale, Amy and everyone involved is something we're very grateful for. The whole team drove this process forwards with professional momentum with both the sale and then purchase of his new home. Thank you Dale, Amy, Robert and the whole team, you were an absolute joy to walk this process with.

GoogleBridges were brilliant at selling our much loved family house. They were professional and straightforward throughout, and worked really hard on our behalf. Dale Ballard had an in-depth knowledge of the local market, and the factors influencing potential buyers for our type of property. He gave us a realistic estimate of what price we might be able to achieve, taking into account the current financial climate. He suggested a sensible asking price and set out a good marketing plan. Even before the house went onto the market, Bridges had several well-qualified purchasers who were interested. They guided us through the process of receiving offers and did a good job of identifying those who would be in the strongest position to exchange. Dale was incredibly hard working on our behalf, and a calm and realistic negotiator. He had a thorough grasp of the practical and legal details of the conveyancing process, and about how long it was likely to take. We really appreciated his tact and patience during what is always a stressful transaction for both sellers & buyers, not to mention agents. If only all agents could achieve this standard of service.

GoogleWe sold via Bridges Fleet office. We would recommend them when selling a property. They listened carefully and acted positively on what we asked, and were able to sell our property despite challenging market conditions, updating / refreshing the marketing of the property on a regular basis. Communication was also very good. On the whole a positive experience.

The agent Rob Stocchetti had a very good knowledge of the local market, was very professional, understanding and easy to deal with. Rob has helped to create a good line of communication between the potential buyers and ourselves, as well as everyone in the chain, managing the process really well. His hard work has resulted in a successful sale and made the experience a lot less stressful.

GoogleOur experience with Bridges has been extremely positive and we will look back at buying our first house with fond memories. Rob has been brilliant throughout the whole process. He was friendly, honest and trustworthy when it came to putting in an offer and was not pushy or rude at any point which we appreciated. He helped us to move things along towards the end when we needed things to progress. It was never too much trouble for him and the team to come back and view the property as many times as we wanted and needed to. We would highly recommend this estate agents again. Thank you.

GoogleKris’s friendly, modern and innovative approach sets Bridges Properties streets ahead with extremely high standards from start to finish selling our home after only four days on the market. I would highly recommend Bridges Properties and although I hope I never have to use their services any time soon, Bridges would be my first port of call. Sarah-Jane is also a credit to the company with pro-active communication, something as a customer I feel strongly about, you really do get what you pay for! I wish them both every success in the future.

GoogleExcellent service from the very start to the completion of our house sale. On the Market on the Friday and sold on the Monday. Not every home will sell as quickly but this company is so professional in what they do and this contributed to a quick sale. The photo's, video and aerial view made a hugh difference. GoogleCouldn't recommend Bridges Properties enough to anyone looking to sell their house now or in future! From original enquiry to handing over our keys (and a LOT in between) Kris and Sarah-Jane were professional and knowledgeable throughout, and they helped us achieve a result i can guarantee we wouldn't have gotten with another agent. Even when our purchase fell through they were on hand morning, noon and night to help us navigate a difficult situation. Their modern approach to selling homes really does put their clients front and centre. We wish you guys all the best going forward and will happily recommend you to friends and family

GoogleWhat can we say about Bridges? One of the most stressful experiences of our lives was made so much easier by the help and support from both Kris and Sarah-Jane. From the knowledge and professionalism shown when selling our property, and buying our new property, and the hard work and continuous contact throughout! The rapport built with these guys was just amazing, making them both very approachable. And Sarah-Jane being able to turn what could have been a few tears into laughs along the way! GoogleFantastic company! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Within 7 days of our property being on the market, we had accepted an offer. All of the team were fantastic, from the photographer and home surveyor to Kris and Sarah-Jane. Nothing was ever to much for them. Even when we had issues with our solicitor, Kris and Sarah-Jane would be on hand to help us chase them up and let us know any next steps. Can not recommend these guys enough. We also met Louis to hand over our keys and he too was more than happy to help in any way he could. Really appreciated

GoogleWe purchased our property recently through Bridges. Our agent Stephen was great from start to finish. Unfortunately I had covid when my husband went to view the house and he arranged for us to view it again when I was "free". There were a few issues regarding land but Stephen was contactable and liaised between us and the vendor to ensure everything happened as quickly as possible for us. He listened to my worries (almost daily) and genuinely helped move our purchase forward. If you are looking to sell your Home or buy then contact Stephen as he had so much time for us and understood what we wanted.
