She was also in contact with the vendors to tell them we were coming and let them know when we had left. Jade was able to answer all our questions and shared interesting facts about each property. GoogleQuick, effective and efficient We met Rob for a free appraisal, he gave us a very clear explanation of his approach and ideas, we explained what we expected and how we wanted, agreed on price and fees on the same day. Three days later we had already an offer, five days later we had the buyer even before putting the property officially on the market, asking price. Very polite, well organised and helpful, could not ask for more.

GoogleWe are about to complete on a house purchased through Rob Stocchetti at Bridges Fleet. From our perspective as buyers Rob has been excellent throughout, from our initial property viewing, through offer negotiation and then sales progression. He is proactive and shows initiative, and though we weren't his clients, we valued the key role he played working with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to keep things moving. What made them stand out is that they listened to me and always kept me in the loop. They would even reply to my emails late at night and very early in the mornings. They always were there for me and had my back. My goodness they work hard. They promoted my house so brilliantly that it sold before the Open weekend! Thank you so much. Highly recommended!!

GoogleI have been astounded by the consistently high levels of customer service from the Bridges team and Dale Ballard in particular throughout the sale of my property. I can remember vividly the day that Dale valued my property and I was shocked at the suggested marketing price to the point that I suggested that he reduce it. Turns out that Dale really knows his market, customers and buyers and gives equal amounts of consideration and respect to all parties. My words of advice to anyone who finds it difficult to give any credibility to an Estate Agent, have a chat with Bridges and listen to them. They understand what it takes to sell a property and unlike other Estate Agents remain invested in the journey even after the property has sold. Without the Bridges team my property may not have completed on time. It was down to their due diligence that solicitors and parties in the chain were chased without mercy. Thank you to everyone at Bridges Fleet!
