GoogleWorst agency I’ve ever had to deal with. Continue to get everything wrong, forever have a threatening “we don’t care” attitude. Call you three times a day when they think you owe them money, even though they’re wrong… suddenly when they work that out, it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Give me back my deposit money!! Avoid at all costs

GoogleExcellent experience first meeting was with lovely Jess very polite listened and helped professional 😊 she managed to arrange viewings immediately. Response and communication was great. After property received interest I was transferred to Sakthi who was polite and efficient with completing and helping with Through required checks of the property really appreciated her help and support. Finally preparation of rental contracts and payments and all the important financial reference between me and tenants and making sure both parties were kept informed right till the end was our lovely lady Cody😊. She is efficient polite professional and an absolute pleasure to speak with her and the team involved in helping to rent my property. Happy and pleased 💕

Steve was extremely personable, supportive and understanding of the set of needs we faced in both selling one property and purchasing another. Our contact at Bridges was Matt Parsons, who dealt with us in a very professional manner, prior, during and after our viewing of our 18th viewing (not all with Bridges). Matt was very empathetic to our situation, having not been successful in a volume number of viewings prior. He responded effectively and efficiently to all our questions and queries, and gave us great support after. He's a very well mannered conscientious individual, and as I have said, professional at all times. Our experience with Bridges Ash Vale - Dan, Ben & Alice were very helpful throughout the whole process from the initial appointment, to viewings and to the final offer. An initial offer which was accepted fell through, but the team worked to get more viewings through the door and subsequently secured us another buyer. Service was very good, we were kept in the loop with the condition of the market etc, and always given advice on the best solutions to securing the sale, especially from Dan! Thank you very much.

We fell in love with the house and put an offer in that day, it was excepted and we complete this week! She went above and beyond when trying to get our sale completed, and kept me informed (even if the news wasn't what I wanted to hear) every step of the way. James and Galiye at Frimley branch were really helpful and proactive. In the last 5 months we have sold 2 houses and bought one through Bridges, and I'd be happy to recommend them

I have now used Bridges at Ash Vale on the last 3 occasions that I have moved, in 1994, 2013 and 2026. In my experience, they are best Estate Agents in the local area. On the most recent occasion, Bridges sold my property on the very first day that it was put on the housing market. My agent, Shaun Sims, is very professional, he has been helpful and is easy to get on with. If I ever decided to move again in the future, I would not hesitate to use Bridges again.

Just had an offer accepted on a property with Shaun at the Ash Vale branch, As a first time buyer i have done plenty of research and only ever read how stressful the process is, Dealing with Shaun has been completely stress free! he has found me the perfect property, given me some amazing advice and has just been an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering my phone calls and responding to my partners emails at any hour of the day, Shaun is most certainly someone who gives estate agents a good name. Could not recommend Bridges Ash Vale and Shaun enough!

Booked two viewings never turned up for either on time or actually show the property one of the times didn't even have the keys. Rude don't care avoid.... And the 4.9 Google reviews they proudly have all over their office is false marketing and out of date
