GoogleHayley has been absolutely superb as part of the Sales-Progressor team. Despite tricky solicitors (who seemed reluctant to get anything moving swiftly on the sale of my property), Hayley has worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale went through on the completion date set by myself and the buyers. Her work effort and communication between all parties had been absolutely superb - So a MASSIVE thank you!

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Bridges through the entire process of selling my property. Ben Granville, the manager at Ash Vale, was exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable and got the ball rolling with a valuation and oversaw the marketing and a steady stream of viewings. All extremely well organised and needed minimal input from me ! And then, having received an offer which I accepted, Hayley Levy, the Sales Progressor, leapt into action to make sure that the sale came to fruition. I was blessed to have someone as proactive and cheerful as Hayley on my side. As anyone who has been through this process will know, it can be stressful at times and Hayley was absolutely brilliant chasing solicitors, keeping me informed and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. I can't thank her enough for what she did to keep the deal going smoothly. So a big thankyou to Ben, Hayley and all the staff at Bridges in Ash Vale who have played their part for making my transaction such a successful one - I would certainly use you again in future and recommend you most highly to anyone else considering a move.

GoogleI am a first time buyer, Bridges Ash Vale have been extremely helpful, super efficient, and always on hand to assist or answer any questions. They have listened to all requirements and only shown houses which fit our search completely. There is no time wasting and only sent correspondence which is fitting to our search. Hayley is friendly, personable and easy to speak to, with amazing communication timing. Highly recommended, Bridges by far is the best estate agent I have dealt with.

GoogleBridges have been great throughout our whole house purchase particularly Ben who pushed it through so quickly. They were on the ball the whole time, open and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured in the sale and felt they represented both us and the sellers really well. GoogleWho in their right mind moves aged 91? My mother! Without the love, yes love, and support from Ben, Hayley and Steve from the Ash Vale office I’m not sure she would have survived. Steve, her newly adopted grandson, protected her during the viewings, giving her positive feedback and keeping everything very light hearted. Ben, well, no one could have done more to secure mum a sale, following up every viewing and starting afresh when we dropped the price. Hayley, the listener and problem solver. Down to earth and got the job done! The team are like a family and treated mum as a precious family member….I live 200 miles away and was fully involved in the sale, but it was so reassuring to know mum was being supported by this great team.

Stephen has been one of the most tenacious, friendly and professional estate agents that my partner and I have been supported by. Despite us being with another agent he has been so forthcoming and has gone out of his way with advice and support. My partner and I have since made an offer on a property that is not through Stephen; however It is important that you are aware of our gratitude towards Stephen's help over the past few months. It is refreshing to see an estate agent care for the individuals/buyers as well as the sales element; that has certainly been hard to find..... Stephen however is a rarity!!!

GoogleI recently sold my property thanks to Dan and Hayley at Bridges, Ash Vale. They were very professional, knowledgeable and proactive. With a personal touch. That kept my buyer onside. Until contracts were finally exchanged, yesterday. I liked the regular updates. And the expertise, and sympathetic understanding given when things weren’t quite going to plan.

GoogleI wanted to view several houses in the Ash/Farnham area and as we live in Reading I wanted to see if we could view most, if not all, of the houses that interested us on the same day. Hayley (at the Bridges Ash Vale office) made the logistical nightmare possible, she was incredibly helpful, we ended up viewing 8 properties 6 with Bridges and Hayley fitted the viewings round other viewings we had on the day. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area. The communication was second to none. Super helpful, friendly and approachable. Diane who showed us around 4 of the properties was very friendly, made our day so much fun. Unfortunately my husband has decided that he’s not keen on Ash so even though we found a property that we loved we won’t be taking it any further but will be making an offer on another Bridges property in Fleet. 😊

When Ben wrote the description of our home it was clear he had really listened and taken on board all the details that make our house special to us. The marketing and subsequent sale of our home went incredibly smoothly, and Ben took all the odd panicky phone calls from me in his stride and dealt with all the inevitable questions and queries. They communicated well with our buyers and our self and help us with the initial due diligence process when we went to meet Ben at the office. Ben and his staff done everything they can to ensure successful outcome of our purchase from initial offer to completion without much problems. As well as marketing and showing our property in the right way to get significant interest from the first day it was on the market, the team also took time to understand what we were looking for in our next home and went out of their way to find properties that matched our requirements. Once we'd found a property we fell in love with, they were able to help push both our sale and purchase through, with Hayley Levy in particular working so hard to ensure the whole chain kept moving and along reasonable time frames. Without her things would never have progressed to exchange so smoothly. She kept us informed at every stage and was key to a speedy and relatively calm move! GoogleBen was incredibly proactive when sourcing a buyer for our flat. It had fallen through previously but Ben was able re-build the deal some time later and found the perfect buyer for us. Once the sale was agreed, Ben continued to work tirelessly to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. He really did seem to have the best interests for us (as the vendor) and the buyer at heart. Ben was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions, demands and deadlines. I can truly vouch for him and say that he was my right hand man throughout the whole process. When things were getting stuck, I would phone Ben up and he would be straight into it whether it was clarifying questions or making sure that a step in the process was being completed. GoogleI asked Bridges to value my property. Ben Granville arrived on Monday and agreed a price we were both happy with. By Tuesday afternoon we were under offer! By Friday we had found a property to purchase. I am still in shock! Never expected it to be so quick. Ben and the team have been so helpful, I really appreciate their kind professionalism. GoogleWe've now bought two and sold two houses through Bridges. It was an easy decision to list the latest house for sale with them as they were brilliant with the first. This time around Ben G was brilliant, taking the time to understand our house and our situation, and he gave all the right advice that meant that our house went under offer within a couple of weeks (in a difficult market in Spring 2023). Once under offer, the process was managed by Hayley, who not only has been a joy to work with, she has also been super determined (using some creative thinking to get through to the right people and move the sale along), and fantastic at keeping me up to date at each stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bridges again and again.

GoogleWhere do I start firstly if you want to sell your property or buy a property no better place to start than bridges ,,, the team are amazing you don’t just deal with one person you deal with them all like a BIG FAMILY it’s very stressful buying/selling but these guys will put you at ease I don’t think I’d have done it without all of yous any time of the day or night these guys were at the other side of the phone to put you at ease very happy with the help they have giving me and my husband on selling our house and buying our forever home ❤️ here’s to the future xx
