GoogleI have to say that Hayley and Dan have been amazing throughout our experience. Always kept us up to date and never felt pressurised into making a decision that we felt wasn't right for us. Excellent knowledge and will always use Bridges while these guys are working there.

GoogleIt has been a pretty seamless process buying our first property with Bridges in Ash Vale. Ben has been a massive help along the way and very accommodating with any questions and helping to push everything across the line. Would highly recommend!

GoogleCouldn't have purchased the house we had our sights on without the Bridges team in Ash Vale. Daniel made sure everyone is chased promptly to make sure deadlines are being met, even when the purchase seemed unlikely. Can only recommend working with them!

GoogleBen at Bridges has bent over backwards to be more than helpful. I've had to sell my aunt's house and have often not been able to deal with certain aspects, due to living out of area. They have taken the stress of some things off from my busy life. Bridges are patient, flexible and a good company to work with. Thanks

GoogleTried to rent properties through bridges and had nothing but cancellations on viewings.. That wouldn't be such a bad thing if they didn't call you 5 minutes before the viewing when you'd already travelled to view the place. EDIT 2 - The reply suggests the problem is that 'properties are rented very quickly' and this is painfully disingenuous - the real issue and reason for my review was the ABYSMAL level of communication provided on my initial experiences - regardless of how quickly the property was rented out, it is your duty to inform those coming to view the property in a timely manner if things change. and the company failed miserably. After the apology provided over the phone I did amend to 2 stars, but the dishonesty of the reply here leads me to downgrade back to - you listened, and then ignored me - it's clear you would rather blame the 'hotness' of the market than your own companies incompetence at communication for my poor experience.
Dear Mr Brown, It is regrettable that we had to cancel appointments with short notice, and we apologise for any inconvenience. Due to high demand, properties let quickly, leading to cancellations when a property is no longer available. It was very unlucky that this happened on two of the properties you had selected as possible homes. GoogleI have lived in the area for over 20 years, so I know Bridges are one of the larger estate agents, which intially I was wary of with there being a possible lack of on hand care. However, my experience was extremely positive, the care we got from Daniel Jordan from the Ash Vale office I cannot fault in any way and we had a nightmare of a chain. Dan was always available and was not just the sell, he kept us aware of what was going on, making astute recommendations during the course of dealing with issues during the exchange and comes highly recommended, we would use again without question.

We have been in the housing market for over a year with 2 houses falling through to no fault of our own and to say the estate agents have not been great would be an understatement. GoogleDaniel Jordan at Bridges has been fantastic throughout the journey of us buying our first house. We didn't appreciate how stressful it could be, however, Dan explained the process, made recommendations and was extremley patient and helpful. Dan made the communication between solicitors very easy and we felt he was more on top of it than them at times. We had a few hiccups along the way within the chain but becaus Dan kept us in the loop we knew exactly what time frames we were working towards. We would highly recommend! Nicci and Sarah

GoogleGood team and communication. The property took 10 months to sell, due to the Truss Budget and subsequent mortgage rate hikes, I believe it would have sold sooner had the property market not crashed. My thanks to the whole team who perservered and remained positive.

Fundamentally, within what continues to be a very challenging market period, he got our house sold which was critical for our move overseas. We particularly respected & appreciated his ‘no nonsense’, honest and clear approach/communication. There was little to no shmoozing or superfluous, unnecessary conversation just to the point discussion and support on how best to achieve our objective. This is rare (and of great value); hence we strongly recommend him. Sharp, bright, responsive and, most importantly, gets stuff done. Ben & Susie.

GoogleHayley was great - she found a brilliant balance of "showing" the property and being around for us to ask questions without being at all intrusive, giving us the privacy to discuss our initial reactions and thoughts with each other as we went round. She was responsive and came back to us quickly on any queries after our viewings. Our one bugbear was that Bridges appear to have several recommended contacts e.g. surveyors, conveyancers, brokers (as usual/expected). Sometimes this was helpful, but where we didn't want to use some services they did start to feel a bit pushy.
