GoogleWorst agency I’ve ever had to deal with. Continue to get everything wrong, forever have a threatening “we don’t care” attitude. Call you three times a day when they think you owe them money, even though they’re wrong… suddenly when they work that out, it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Give me back my deposit money!! Avoid at all costs

GoogleExcellent experience first meeting was with lovely Jess very polite listened and helped professional 😊 she managed to arrange viewings immediately. Response and communication was great. After property received interest I was transferred to Sakthi who was polite and efficient with completing and helping with Through required checks of the property really appreciated her help and support. Finally preparation of rental contracts and payments and all the important financial reference between me and tenants and making sure both parties were kept informed right till the end was our lovely lady Cody😊. She is efficient polite professional and an absolute pleasure to speak with her and the team involved in helping to rent my property. Happy and pleased 💕

GoogleOn a rainy Spring Saturday morning, Petra made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped through the door at Bridges. It has always been a dream of ours to live in Farnham and she made us feel like this could be a reality from the get go. GoogleBridges have been excellent from start to finish. Steven Hubbard was particularly helpful in getting our house on the market and successfully sold. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always given comprehensive feedback after viewings. Once we had accepted an offer, the high level of customer service continued. Hayley Levy in Sales Progression was an essential part of the process. She was proactive, kept everything moving as quickly as possible, and was always on hand to keep us updated. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridges.

GoogleDespite being very friendly and demonstrating strong knowledge of the local property market, I cannot recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley based on my experience. They were very quick and persistent in encouraging buyers to increase their offers. However, their performance with paperwork was extremely poor. After the offer was accepted, Bridges failed to prepare the necessary documents (such as the memorandum of sale) within the timeframe they had indicated. During this time, the property remained advertised as available, which led to another offer being submitted. As a result, the entire process effectively restarted, creating unnecessary pressure and pushing the price up again. Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley.
