GoogleBridges have been managing a property I rent out since 2015. It has gone well during this time and Charde Davis is managing the account very well and keeping me well informed. I understand much more about renting a property out than I did in 2015 and I like to know I am being given professional advice and guidance by Charde.

GoogleI am currently in the process of purchasing a property through bridges and I can't fault them. Ben Baldry has helped me through every step of the way, he is very easy to talk to and keeps me updated with everything going on. He goes above and beyond and its never an issue to call him for anything we may need. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

GoogleBrilliant estate agents. Dealt primarily with Ben Baldry while purchasing my property who has been has been patient, friendly and highly knowledgeable. The rest of the team at Bridges have been equally diligent and professional. Ben has helped every step of the way and shown great professionalism in the way he communicates and goes out of his way to help. I would highly recommend Bridges as they have fantastic throughout.

GoogleI purchased my property through Bridges who have been fantastic. Dan Jordan is a very talented client manager who took the time to know my family and our needs and threw everything but the kitchen sink at us, helping us every time to narrow down our search. Then there’s Hayley Levy in Sales Progression who is without a doubt the hero of Bridges, relentless (in the best way possible) talented and committed, our purchase was not plain sailing but Hayley gave everything to get us to the end and we are so grateful to her. Thank you both!

GoogleBridges all the way. From start to finish they were professional and kind. The sale was through a bereavement and they acknowledged that throughout the process. They were helpful, knowledgeable and kept me updated. I particularly loved the calls from Ben as his cheerfulness was contagious and brought light to some dull winter days. Thank you team. GooglePersistent and performs lots of due diligence to remove potential timewasters, ensuring once sold that a chain is properly connected. James Macphee spent untold hours on the phone ensuring all parties aware of and able to proceed on the transactions. Would definitely use them again

GoogleI can’t thank James enough, he has always been on hand and worked very closely with us for our sale. With him always being in the end of the phone when I need him we have managed to smoothly sell our property in a matter of weeks instead of months, I couldn’t be more grateful. Also John is a big mention, he was great when we needed help and James wasn’t about, the two work very well together! Thank you both, 100% would use them both again for my next property sale.
