GoogleGed supported us with the sale of our house from valuation through to completion. He was prompt and clear with all communication and showed good knowledge throughout. Even when our initial purchase fell through, it was Ged who guided us through finding a new house and who supported solicitors to speed up completion. Thanks Ged, couldn't have done it without you!

GoogleI was trying to sell my flat for 7 months and so decided to move over to Bridges. Not only were they full off energy and confidence that they would sell the flat, they found an investor buyer within a few weeks. Even better at the exact same time, my tenant gave notice (which was through another estate agents) and they took over the rental side at the same time as doing the sale, and managed to get me an extra £350 a month rental. These guys know what they are doing and I am super thankful - especially to James for getting the flat sale through to the end line!!!

GoogleI have been impressed by James and all the other members of staff with whom I have interacted in the process of selling my house. The advice and encouragement I received when I was concerned about the state of the market was helpful and their knowledge and expertise made all the difference in identifying potential buyers. As someone who struggles with technology and found some of the processes challenging, I also appreciated the support offered. I would have no hesitation in instructing them again should the occasion arise.

GoogleCallum has been a pleasure to deal with, he has a great knowledge of the current rental market and gives out great, honest yet professional advice. Callum called me following an enquiry that I sent through and went through everything that I needed to know and left me feeling empowered with knowledge. Callum was also able to give information regarding their current rental properties in great detail, knowing features of the properties and their locations which was extremely helpful. GoogleHaving recently sold our house through Bridges in Ash Vale, we couldn't recommend the team highly enough. We appreciated the personable yet professional and intuitive approach from Ben Granville as he worked with us throughout the valuation and early marketing stages. He offered good, sound advice and never once pressurised us. We felt we really benefitted from his experience. Hayley Levy was absolutely amazing in pushing through the exchange and we can't thank her enough for all the work she did to make this happen in a timely manner despite problems in the chain. She took control of the situation, her communication was excellent throughout and the support she gave us was exceptional and way beyond our expectations. We also really appreciate the support from Dan, Connie and Ben when our completion was delayed by issues in the banking system. They made a very stressful time much more manageable. All in all, a really great team and we would not hesitate to use Bridges again or recommend them.

On our initial approach to Bridges Properties, Louis made every effort to accommodate us, even coming out on his day off so that we could view the property. He kept us updated as the property progressed and sent videos of progress so that we could see how the build was taking shape. On day of completion he was supportive and arranged for a couple of surprises to make our venture into our new home special. Thank you Louis for a 5 Star plus service . Would definitely recommend.
