GoogleI couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process thanks to Bridges. The full team are so efficient, always keeping you in the loop and in our instance, Morven and Louis were so informative, especially after viewings to keep us updated on how they went. Their marketing is like no other and with their wide audience I feel this really helped with how quick our property sold!

GoogleI picked Bridges as during my initial discussions I found they had the best knowledge of the area and they were very honest and open.. I’d also seen their marketing etc and thought it was the best I’d seen. Once I decided the process was seemless - photos, videos, marketing and home report all in a single day… and then house went on the market and 4:5 days later I had two offers which Bridges dealt with. I also loved the fact everything was visible in the app.. which again made it so easy. Cannot recommend the Team highly enough.

Would not give even 1 star but forced to give one star. These guys are so pathetic that one can’t imagine. I rented through them for 2 year but when I get any problem or something, they simply told me to contact landlord directly as they are not managing the property. Later the the end of tenancy, they were not telling me who has got my deposit. They alway told me over the phone that landlord has deposit. When I emailed them for official record, then they replied that they have the deposit. Also they kept asking landlord to increase the rent even when he did not wanted to. In addition, at the end of tenancy, they came for the deductions for wall paint which is fair but when I started renting, first 2 days was without electricity and only thing they did back then was to say to contact landlord. When it’s about taking money, they are at front and when it’s about fixing the stuff or information, they simply says to go to landlords. Last but not least, I had emails telling them with landlord ccd in that please put notice period to 1 month which landlord agreed on email but sent me the extension without notice period. I had all email to prove that it was agreed that notice period was 4 weeks but they was so unprofessional tone to say that I signed the contract no matter what emails said. Landlord was good he was fine with notice as he agreed and aware but these bridges guys were just forcing me not to leave. Pathetic pathetic and Parhetic! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS A USER THATS ALL I CAN SAY.

A real disappointment! Bridges lettings…Inspection reports 5 months late = 1 last year . Last one done in January after 16:19pm hence Garden in darkness not revealing over 100 weeds! House not ventilated properly absolutely disgusting. That could have been sorted before end of Tenancy, however Tenant not told to sort out , apparently I should have flagged up the problems, however I am not the Property Manager and don’t get paid to be one! 5 tiles on floor damaged under mat not lifted, revealing it at checkout! Paying for a service and not getting it !due to staff shortages .Hard to speak to the person who manages the Property and put through to alternative local offices for the person who answers to try for you ! How to waste a good half an hour each time . So when you move to another agent… expect zero support thereafter and have your emails and v mails ignored . Not copied in with reference numbers and copied and pasted emails from the Tenant put into RED ink ? How rude ! Inspection report due but asking for a repair to fan integrated into the ceiling as broken but not inspected. Expecting a professional to call and fix something that is NOT broken for £80 call out , not once but twice . No faults found at checkout! So glad it’s over , what an awful way to run a business. The Electricity provider was given the incorrect final reading by BRIDGES and we have had 3 letters of an account in arrears to the tune of £174 . On phone trying to sort that out taking time out of my day ! What a shambles . This was costing us £100 per month !Not asked why we have moved on so , here it is ! If we had been treated better why would we move to another agent ! There would have been no need .Not copied in on all offers for damages and what was forwarded copied and pasted in RED. High turnover of different Managers looking after Property 4 in total .Would not of given any Stars but had to, to leave a review.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Seweryn for our property selling. Me and my other half is very impressed with his can do attitude out of all estate agents we’ve been speaking to. The one who could collaborate with you and think all the possible options and thriving through to achieve mutual goal. “Impossible” doesn’t seem to exist in his brain. Such a presentable personality, resilience, forward thinking, team working, proactive communication, full attention even outside of working hours. I would speak to him again if I have another house :)

A particular thank you to Ben Granville, Ben Baldry and Hayley Levy who were all absolutely fantastic in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to make it happen (with good humour along the way!) You all made sure that our sale went through as quickly as possible and were so easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions we had. Thank you again for all your hard work - would not hesitate to use you again!

GoogleWhen my parents passed away, my family entrusted bridges with the sale of their property. They began to negotiate a sale with a buyer who kept pushing the price down. All the while, a lovely family were repeatedly making an offer to bridges at full price and offering to pay the legal fees of the current buyer. The difference between the potential sales was at least £150,000. Maybe more like £200,000. Bridges kept this other buyer secret and did not tell us about them even though no paperwork had been signed and we were in the negotiations stage. This buyer eventually dropped a letter through my door. For obvious reasons, I suspect there was financial motivation involved that was not in our interests but in that of bridges in cahoots with the buyer. To the sum of at least £150,000. A really appalling and unethical practice for an agency who were entrusted with a very important task at a time that our family were all suffering the loss of two parents. In any case, when we found out, we opted for an alternative agency who treated us very well. The other family eventually purchased the house and they loved it. I’m so happy we didn’t sell our parents home through some con artist work courtesy of bridges. I’m sure it was technically criminal behaviour. Obviously this review is a zero star in reality but there wasn’t an option for that.

GoogleI notice a lot of the reviews are from people selling. We have just viewed a property being sold by Bridges and what an awful experience. Less than 15 minutes to look round a house and spend the largest amount of money on anything and you are rushed out the door for the next viewing. Do all the people selling their house realise this? We were so close to using them to sell ours, but after experiencing that, we made the right decision to go with someone else. We want an estate agent to take time, talk with the prospective buyers and properly sell the house to them. We are absolutely shocked to experience this after all the positivity around Bridges. Will certainly think twice about buying from them now too! Although having had a conversation with the owner of Bridges he took time to listen to my views.

Kai who did our viewings was professional, enthusiastic and always available to answer my questions. Kai always gave us an update after every viewing.
