GoogleI have used two other well known estate agents in Farnham previously. It was only when I came to Bridges and I met Alfie who was fantastic from start to finish that I had faith in my agent. Sarah and Kathy pushed through the sale for us and really put the pressure on at the end as there were some last minute problems. From my experience with the people I have worked with in the past 7 months, I would recommend Bridges to anyone who is looking for a really genuine estate agent.

GoogleI’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Extreme professionalism from start to finish. Everyone at Bridges has been so supportive throughout the selling process. They made what can be a stressful time so much easier to navigate. Can I just say that I went with Bridges because of previous dealings with Kai - best decision I made. Kai you’re a wee star and I would thoroughly recommend Bridges Properties.

GoogleThe team at Bridges were outstanding through the entire process, from valuation to sale. As recommended we got a couple of valuations and Bridges actually estimated the highest value. We wanted to make sure that we weren't just going with the highest valuation but an accurate one and we queried with Bridges why they were higher than the others. They reaffirmed their analysis and really backed themselves to get that price, which they did within only a couple of weeks. It was incredibly impressive. The communication from the team is excellent, they were available to answer questions from us whenever we asked. Also, the marketing strategy was really good (and effective!). They painted our house in the best light possible, knowing exactly what to feature. Thoroughly recommend, especially for the West Lothian market which they know like the backs of their hands.

The quality of the service provided was very impressive and gave us a high level of confidence that Bridges Properties LTD would be successful in the sale of our property, the marketing and quality of the images were amazing and it was a major factor in the sale of our property. The level of knowledge and attention to detail of the team was really noticeable, especially in terms of how we were kept constantly updated with feedback of potential purchasers after viewings. The Bridges team were there anytime you needed them and nothing was a problem to them, they really could not have been any more helpful. The whole staff at Bridges Properties LTD are a credit to Kris, we are very grateful to all the team and wish them all the success that their hard work deserves.

GoogleJames, John and Amy from the Basingstoke branch are an amazing team and have been supportive through out the sale of our house. There were many ups and downs with our sale but James was always avaliable to support and answer any questions. Connor from the move support team was great in supporting and moving our sale forward to ensure we exchanged when we wanted and before our mortgage offer expired. Overall great team and would highly recommend.

GoogleBen Baldry (young Ben) was great during our sale and buying process. Excellent communication when booking viewings. Did a great job with our house pictures and made ammendments promptly when asked. We unfortunately had a complicated process post sale with time wasters and buyers with issues selling their own places but Hayley (sales progresser) was great throughout. She clearly works tirelessly to ensure exchanges go through but sometimes things are out of everyone's control.

GoogleHayley Levy has been an absolute god send throughout the process of purchasing a property. When things were tough, she fought harder and did everything in her power to do right by me. She would do constant check ins, go above and beyond for me. There was constant communication which was clear and reassuring. She deserves a raise of some sort for being the legend she is!
