GoogleSteve Hubbard and Ben Baldry at Bridges have been wonderful from start to finish. My sale/purchase journey has been very long and drawn out. They have both given me lots of their time, listened carefully and empathetically to my situation, kept in regular contact to find out how things are progressing, given helpful suggestions about how to sell my property, shown me around A LOT of properties always respectfully and with professionalism. Although I have neither sold nor bought through Bridges this time, I will most certainly be using them in the future when the time comes as I feel that the service they provided to me really stands out compared with other agents that I’ve had dealings with. Thank you both for all your time and effort!

GoogleJust exchanged today with the seller. We actually wouldn’t have viewed this property until Ben called us to say it fits our needs. We went and absolutely fell in love with it, fantastic recommendation by Ben. The sale progression by Hayley was amazing. Was on the ball constantly and chased where she needed to, throughout I enjoyed our phone calls and many laughs. Absolutely fantastic estate agents all round and couldn’t recommend it enough.

GoogleWe recently bought a house with Bridges and it could not have been a more positive experience! Ben really understood what we were looking for and came to us with suggestions throughout the process. With other estate agents we never felt that we could trust what they were saying, but everyone from Bridges has been amazing, especially Ben. They took all the stress out of buying a house, and I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleMy partner and myself have just bought a property through Bridges. The viewing went really well and the process of agreeing the sale price was professionally handled. The biggest praise though has to be reserved for Hayley. She was outstanding, brilliant. The chain we had to deal with was a complicated nightmare, but Hayley never gave up. She showed up all the other estate agents in the chain. Without her the exchange and completion date would have been months after the dates we finally got. Can't praise her enough.

Her patience and understanding is outstanding and she really goes above and beyond at all times. So lovely to have an agent you can reach whenever you need to and know that you are in safe hands. GoogleWe’ve sold through Bridges twice now and I can’t imagine using another agent. We worked closely with Rob Stocchetti back in spring, who helped us enormously with feeling confident about listing our property as well as securing our sale for our next home. No home purchase journey is without a couple of hurdles, and we’ve had a few out of our control, including an unexpected probate on the property we were purchasing. Despite the complications, Rob did everything in his power to push this sale through and we trusted him completely with his advice, which got us an exchange only a month later when we expected to be waiting months! Thank you Rob (and wider team!) for all your hard work and dedication.

GoogleI'm so glad we decided to list our house with Bridges Fleet! Olly and the team have given nothing but exemplary service from start to finish. Always eager to respond to all questions, never too busy for a phone call and absolutely excellent at keeping us updated and informed of any progress. We felt very safe in Bridges hands. Olly was very fair in his valuation of our property and made us feel like we were his top priority even though they have so many other customers. We would 100% recommend them to anyone requiring an estate agent in the area. Also, even though Olly was our main guy, anyone at the office who answered his phone whilst out was just as attentive, happy to help and reliably passed on messages to Olly. So thank you to the whole Fleet Office from us.

GoogleWe recently sold our house and completed on our new property through Bridges. Paul, Ged, Amy, Harry & the team were incredible throughout the whole process! They kept up constant communication, keeping us up to date with the progress of any viewings, offers and the sale of our house. A special shout out to Paul who, once the sale and purchase had been agreed, was constantly working with and pushing the solicitors on both sides of the sale to get it completed as fast as it did. You hear nightmare stories of estate agents, but this was certainly not the case and they even found us the house we ended up buying as well! Once again, a massive thanks to the whole team at Bridges Basingstoke
