GoogleAn absolute pleasure dealing with Bridges throughout my sale. I previously brought my house in 2020 dealing with Ben Granville and even through covid it ran smoothly so it was a no brainer he was the first person I went to for the sale! These guys were fabulous through the viewing stages I never had a week on the marketing side on things where no viewings took place. Feedback was always given which is so important to clients. Hayley Levy has been a pleasure to deal with in sales progression also with regular updates and communication. Working within the property industry myself I know how important communication is and these guys nailed it. Its been a pleasure doing business with Bridges and especially little Ben, Big Ben and Hayley. Keep up the amazing work guys!

GoogleIn the past ive had some really dubious experiences with estate agents. Not this time. Bridges have been fantastic. I can quantify why; i had three estate agents market this property, and from the start Bridges had far more viewings than the others combined. It was a consistent stream. Ben Granville, the manager, was really hands on throughout, offering advice that really showed his experience and understanding of the market. Once we found our buyer, Ben went on to recommend a solicitor. I’ll be honest, at the time it felt like a heavy sell and i was reticent about choosing them. In fact he was absolutely right and the firm he recommended did a good job with a high standard of communication throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The result was that despite the length of chain, we went from offer to Exchange in about 8 weeks. That takes some considerable effort and co-ordination by both solicitors and agent to achieve. Finally the icing on the cake was Heyley Levy, whose job it is to ensure proper progress to exchange and completion. To say she was tenacious in this role is an understatement. Even whilst on leave she was on the email and phone to the various other solicitors and estate agents to ensure we successfully exchanged despite some last min bumps in the road which were undoubtedly, and frustratingly, caused by other solicitors not communicating or advising properly. She was also able to offer explanation and reassurance to me that helped make the whole process much less stressful than it could have been! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bridges and the team in the Ash Vale office. By far the best estate agents I’ve ever done business with. Thanks guys!

GoogleWe recently moved home and used Bridges as the agents to sell our place. Bridges have kept in touch with us right from the time they established office in the area. Our decision to go with Bridges was based on recommendations from our neighbours and the fact that they had build a rapport with us from previous years when we were considering moving. Throughout the process, the team have been fantastic in scheduling viewings, keeping us informed and kind in their communication. Their rental team were also great in explaining how things worked and we felt they were there to help us if we chose to go down that route. A special note of thanks to Paul who helped with negotiating and navigating all the curve balls thrown at us in the last week before the exchange. Overall, we have had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bridges.

Bridges managed the whole process from the initial valuation, photos, arranging viewings and then managing the chain. They worked around our schedule for the viewings. When we had offers on the house, Paul and team gave us good advice without being pushy. An extra special thanks to Paul for leading the whole process and keeping us informed. Very professional and polite at all times. A pleasure to work with. Thanks again to to the entire team at Bridges Basingstoke!

GoogleWe wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bridges Properties to anyone looking to sell their home. They are extremely friendly whilst being very professional at the same time, making us feel part of the ever expanding ‘Bridges Family’. This is the second home Bridges has sold for us this year… which in its own merit is nothing short of amazing. Within the week of home No1 selling, home 2 was on the market with the ad looking as best as could be on all platforms given that the home belonged to my dear passed away Mother-in-law, and was in a very tired, aged state. But with a wee overhaul, some new appliances and some fresh re-marketing strategies utilised by the young tech savvy sales team in the office, an extra £10k was added to the value of the home. So, worth the blood, sweat, a few hundred quid and MANY TEARS & bruises. Kai and the team were on hand anytime to reassure us and make the process as smooth as possible for us, keeping us informed by email, WhatsApp & The Street app (when it didn’t crash - personally though, I just think Billy goosed it - SOMEHOW 🤷🏻♀️). Although Kai was our agent to begin with, and as great, knowledgeable and professional as he was, as time passed I didn’t want the young lad becoming fed up so transferred taking over the sale management to Morven and just as before, Morven’s expertise and genuine interest in our needs made all the difference. Because the house which lay and better lay - even after a ‘pause’ & an almost full overhaul (until the right person was meant to have it) SOLD! 🎉🍾🥂and we just cannot can’t thank that wee lamb’s perseverance enough! Morven absolutely knows her mustard when it comes to selling houses, that’s a certainty👌🏻. You my wee scone, are an absolute Godsend and mahoosive credit to Bridges 🌹✨🌹✨🌹 But as I said in a previous review about Bridges, there is NO ‘I’ in Kris’ team of young hotshots. From the selling agents to young Nicole… the tiny, happy wee soul whose big smile is the first thing we are greeted with upon entering the office & who is the wee soul who tirelessly kept us updated regarding every appointment and feedback. Myself & Billy cannot thank the WHOLE team enough for the valuable help they’ve given us. So yeah, 1 million percent I would recommend Bridges to anyone looking to sell their property. GoogleWe started our moving process at the start of the year, Paul and the team were always present each and every step of the way. Even though we constantly rang Paul for updates and to try and get things rolling between us and our Buyer, he never turned us away and gave us his full attention. Regardless of whatever happened during our move, he was very quick to respond and remained 100% professional all of the time. If I could add more than 5 stars, I would rate it as high as it would be possible. The interaction made us feel valued and that we mattered.
