GoogleWe have just sold our house through Bridges Properties in Whitburn. From the outset, we knew we had chosen the right estate agents. Chris met us personally at the property to give us a rough estimate on what he thought would be achievable and to talk us through the process. He then handed us over to our dedicated Sales Negotiator Niall who was our point of contact throughout. Niall kept in constant contact via both calls and through a WhatsApp chat set up. He was always available if we had any questions or queries. Although viewings were strong, Niall always went the extra mile to ensure that the property was going to reach its full potential. This included contacting previous buyers of similar properties and regular posts on their Facebook page to keep up interest. Unlike other estate agents who are often keen to get a quick sale and their fees, Niall was always on side with us respecting the figure we were hoping to achieve. He was supportive and happy to have the house on the market as long was as required to get this. Always on hand to provide sound advice when needed, we trusted his professional opinion and guidance. Our house sold within 6 weeks, over market value and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Niall and Bridges Properties to any of our friends and family.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, finding a property and the processes around what to do next are all a bit daunting. Niall at Bridges has been especially helpful. I had looked at a few properties which were just not for me. Niall showed me round a little flat which just screamed buy me! He helped answer all my questions, and anything he didn’t know he was happy to go back and ask. Niall has also been on the phone giving feedback and updates on the property, which has been very helpful. Thank you so much, for all your hard work and I can’t wait to get my keys to my new and FIRST home. Thanks Bridges :)

No question was ever too much for Charlotte, and the ability to communicate with her on Whatsapp throughout the process was very beneficial. I would highly recommend Bridges for any future sales or purchases.

GoogleI cannot put into words how amazing Steve, Hayley and the Bridges team have been in supporting us through the purchase process. It has been a long and complicated road but at every step they have been incredibly kind and gone above and beyond to communicate with to make it go as smoothly as possible. We are now enjoying our new home and it is undoubtedly thanks to them that we are here. I cannot recommend Bridges enough.

The viewing was on time and Charlotte walked extra mile to show us round and explain everyhing even tho questions werent easy:):) Even after viewing when the purchase was agreed she was very fast in responsing (even over weekend) and gaving us the exact answers. We are hoping for a long term relationship with them. We need more "Charlottes"☺️☺️

She was extremely helpful giving us ideas on how to we could make the property work for our needs but fully understood our thoughts and feelings at the same time. GoogleWe recently purchased from and then sold with Bridges Properties. Both fantastic experiences. The marketing material; photos, listings and video produced were great quality, they made our property look fantastic. Bridges have a very strong team, all very knowledgable and helpful. They were a great help with any issues that arose. Charlotte who did the majority of our viewings and dealt with the potential buyers was excellent. She managed the whole process and kept us well informed at every stage. We sold quickly and for a much better price than we had initially expected. Thank you to all involved.
