GoogleBuying a property through Bridges with Charlotte has been the best experience.. as first time buyers and not knowing where to start, she has helped us massively and given us the right help and advice along the way. Couldn’t recommend enough - friendly and helpful as well as staying in contact regularly keeping us up to date in what is a difficult/scary/exciting process to navigate!

GoogleWe have had an amazing experience so far with bridges. We viewed a home and were shown around by Charlotte. She was amazing, very warm and welcoming and seemed to show such attention to detail. Due to having such a positive experience with her we decided to sell our property with bridges too! Every person we have spoken to has been so polite and helpful during this journey.

GoogleWow! Estate agents used to be a pain and everyone understood that, but at least they had a thin veneer of professionalism and respectability. Just had an odd sales call from ‘Ben in the village’ phoning me up like we were old mates. I used Bridges to sell a flat 5 years ago, Ben thought I’d bought it 5 years ago - mistaken identity maybe, but at least read your own CRM properly! Then proceeded to call me ‘my man’ for the next two or three minutes, like we old friends down the pub until I called him out on his sales patter. Interestingly, I might have a property to sell but I think I’ll look somewhere a little less ‘chummy’ and a little more professional. Courtesy goes a long way chaps.

GoogleOur sale went through quickly and was handled professionally by the Bridges team. We went along with Ben's suggestions which met our requirements as we needed a quick sale. Viewings were arranged and an offer was accepted by us within 14 days. whilst we felt that the commission rate was higher than expected we felt that it was justified as he handled an aborted house for us 2 years earlier. Well done Bridges and thank you.

GoogleI've just rented a property for the first time so had some worries due to my total inexperience ! Bridges have been brilliant from the start from Lauren who found the tenants so efficiently and quickly to Camilla and the team who walked me through the process leading up to the tenants moving in, getting organised and making sure all the details were sorted. All at Bridges were patient, helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend them highly ! Thank you Bridges !

GoogleWe are in the process of purchasing another property and have been contacting local estate agents to be added to their mailing lists. By far, Bridges stood out by answering the phone within a couple of rings, and the person I spoke to sounded like they genuinely enjoyed their work. Olly (Client Manager) went out of his way to arrange a viewing for me on Sunday. As a local business owner, I know how vital customer care is in differentiating yourself from the competition

GoogleWe brought a house in Basingstoke and had Ged helping us! Showed us around the proebry and then was always at the end of a phone/ email whenever we needed him for a question. Ged was then very good when it came upto the point of exchange, keeping us updated and also helping us chase solilers along the way. Very much would recommend Bridges and also the massive help that Ged gave us.

GoogleSteve Hubbard and Ben Baldry at Bridges have been wonderful from start to finish. My sale/purchase journey has been very long and drawn out. They have both given me lots of their time, listened carefully and empathetically to my situation, kept in regular contact to find out how things are progressing, given helpful suggestions about how to sell my property, shown me around A LOT of properties always respectfully and with professionalism. Although I have neither sold nor bought through Bridges this time, I will most certainly be using them in the future when the time comes as I feel that the service they provided to me really stands out compared with other agents that I’ve had dealings with. Thank you both for all your time and effort!

GoogleJust exchanged today with the seller. We actually wouldn’t have viewed this property until Ben called us to say it fits our needs. We went and absolutely fell in love with it, fantastic recommendation by Ben. The sale progression by Hayley was amazing. Was on the ball constantly and chased where she needed to, throughout I enjoyed our phone calls and many laughs. Absolutely fantastic estate agents all round and couldn’t recommend it enough.

With other estate agents we never felt that we could trust what they were saying, but everyone from Bridges has been amazing, especially Ben. They took all the stress out of buying a house, and I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleMy partner and myself have just bought a property through Bridges. The viewing went really well and the process of agreeing the sale price was professionally handled. The biggest praise though has to be reserved for Hayley. She was outstanding, brilliant. The chain we had to deal with was a complicated nightmare, but Hayley never gave up. She showed up all the other estate agents in the chain. Without her the exchange and completion date would have been months after the dates we finally got. Can't praise her enough.

GoogleWe’ve sold through Bridges twice now and I can’t imagine using another agent. We worked closely with Rob Stocchetti back in spring, who helped us enormously with feeling confident about listing our property as well as securing our sale for our next home. No home purchase journey is without a couple of hurdles, and we’ve had a few out of our control, including an unexpected probate on the property we were purchasing. Despite the complications, Rob did everything in his power to push this sale through and we trusted him completely with his advice, which got us an exchange only a month later when we expected to be waiting months! Thank you Rob (and wider team!) for all your hard work and dedication.
