GoogleA big thank you to Morven and the rest of the Bridges team for selling our home so fast and for getting us such a great price. Selling your home can be quite daunting but they made the process so easy. We especially liked being kept up to date via WhatsApp and tracking the viewings with an app. Cannot recommend enough, thank you for everything.

GoogleWow - Hayley, Dan, and Ben at Bridges were immense help to us. From start till finish the team were extremely supportive, were available to answer questions in a timely manner, and were so friendly and fun to work with. Any hurdles we came across were quickly dealt with by the team, and we were kept in the loop at all times. They really did bring some comfort and fun to such a stressful process. GoogleI would highly recommend Rahim and Simon here at the Frimley Estate Agency. I have bought a house with them and with the process taking much longer than it needed to Rahim stepped up and chased everyone end to end and has found time to walk me through everything. I cannot recommend them enough. I have managed to buy the house thanks to them and their dedication to help clients complete on time.

GoogleWe made an offer on a property in Sandhurst in March. Property was not in the best condition but we made it clear that we didn't mind doing the work(lots). We have been very transparent from the beginning with the sales person that we have just listed our property (even provided our agent details). They reluctantly accepted our offer and then told us that the vendor decided to accept another offer. We understand that we were not 'proceedable' at that stage, fair enough. However, that property was back in the market (even now) as I am writing this review but not a single call to us to even inquire if we were still interested. Found that rather amusing as they have 'decided' that we were either not qualified or can't afford that property. It is quite common for any property buyer to have a chain but we were 'written off' completely because of that. Anyways, we have found and our offer is accepted on another property also in Sandhurst at a £115k more than this property that Bridges is trying to sell. The sales person from this other company have been so professional, understanding, polite and worked with us so well. To expedite things, we have even accepted a lower offer on our current property so that we are 'proceedable'. The reason I am writing this review is because we felt 'written off' and judged and that is just so wrong. Lots to learn from your excellent competitor and btw, having a chain is completely normal.

GoogleWe would like to send our appreciation to David Ramon, from Bridges Frimley, for all the help that he has given us, both with buying and selling our house. We initially met David, when buying our new property and he was welcoming, professional, and treated us with utmost kindness. He provided us with a seamless tour through the property and detailed all the factors regarding the house with an inspiring enthusiasm and passion. After buying our new house and beginning to go through the process of selling our current house, we had no doubt that we would appreciate David’s services again. This was our first property that we have sold, and despite the process being quite new to us, David was yet again organised, kind and truthful. He guided us in the right direction, by giving us a fair evaluation, and was able to sell the property quickly. Overall, we strongly believe that David is hardworking and diligent, and has been a great help to us. We could not recommend his services more.

GoogleWow! Estate agents used to be a pain and everyone understood that, but at least they had a thin veneer of professionalism and respectability. Just had an odd sales call from ‘Ben in the village’ phoning me up like we were old mates. I used Bridges to sell a flat 5 years ago, Ben thought I’d bought it 5 years ago - mistaken identity maybe, but at least read your own CRM properly! Then proceeded to call me ‘my man’ for the next two or three minutes, like we old friends down the pub until I called him out on his sales patter. Interestingly, I might have a property to sell but I think I’ll look somewhere a little less ‘chummy’ and a little more professional. Courtesy goes a long way chaps.

GoogleAfter a very shaky start to market with another agent, I asked Ged at Bridges to sell my house. Ged sold my house within 4 days to great quality buyers and the sale progressed to completion within a very good timeframe and without any issues from the buyers or Bridges. Ged contacted me regularly to keep me updated on progress and he and his team were excellent.
