His dedication and reassurance helped us stay positive, and he quickly found new buyers. Throughout the process the Bridges Properties team was professional, and transparent. They understood our needs and kept us informed at every stage.

GoogleBridges staff are incredibly professional, polite and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you through what is an incredibly stressful time. They make communication a priority and are there every step of the way. We mainly dealt with Charlotte who was equally friendly and professional in equal measure. She is an absolute joy to deal with and was there whenever we needed her. She managed to sell our house on the first day. She is an asset to Bridges Incredible job!

GoogleWell, what can I say, if you want your house sold in Ash, then Bridges are the agent to do this, particularly where others couldnt. From Dan and team setting up the viewings to Ben Baldry [who is a star] accompanying the viewings to our house, we were off the market sold STC just when we needed it to be. From offer acceptance to exchange/completion within 2 months and the superb management and communication from Hayley who handled the sale we cannot thank the Ash Vale Brides team enough. Thank you all once again.

GoogleWe highly recommend Bridges properties for buying or selling your home, I have just helped my son and his girlfriend get on the property ladder with Bridges help, they were on the ball at every occasion and kept us in the loop the whole way from, viewing the property, placing our bids in and when we were lucky enough to get the property they were always keeping us up to date with everything we needed to know, thank you everyone, especially Charlotte.

We thought winter would be a difficult time to sell but the team - especially Charlotte- were amazing. The whats app group allowed quick communication and resolution to any queries. GoogleWe have just sold our house through Bridges Properties in Whitburn. From the outset, we knew we had chosen the right estate agents. Chris met us personally at the property to give us a rough estimate on what he thought would be achievable and to talk us through the process. He then handed us over to our dedicated Sales Negotiator Niall who was our point of contact throughout. Niall kept in constant contact via both calls and through a WhatsApp chat set up. He was always available if we had any questions or queries. Although viewings were strong, Niall always went the extra mile to ensure that the property was going to reach its full potential. This included contacting previous buyers of similar properties and regular posts on their Facebook page to keep up interest. Unlike other estate agents who are often keen to get a quick sale and their fees, Niall was always on side with us respecting the figure we were hoping to achieve. He was supportive and happy to have the house on the market as long was as required to get this. Always on hand to provide sound advice when needed, we trusted his professional opinion and guidance. Our house sold within 6 weeks, over market value and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Niall and Bridges Properties to any of our friends and family.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, finding a property and the processes around what to do next are all a bit daunting. Niall at Bridges has been especially helpful. I had looked at a few properties which were just not for me. Niall showed me round a little flat which just screamed buy me! He helped answer all my questions, and anything he didn’t know he was happy to go back and ask. Niall has also been on the phone giving feedback and updates on the property, which has been very helpful. Thank you so much, for all your hard work and I can’t wait to get my keys to my new and FIRST home. Thanks Bridges :)
