GoogleAbsolutely stellar service from Bridges. We had a few bumps in the road and a good bit of bad luck on the sale of our property, but the team at bridges were relentless in their pursuit of securing the sale. They are a modern and dynamic estate agency with an excellent social media presence and a creative and action-oriented portfolio of options to suit any situation. Nothing phased them! Specific recognition and thanks must go to Morven our Sales Negotiator. She was friendly and engaging, imaginative and determined, I felt like she was as invested in a good outcome as I was. Not once did I feel like just a number, the pride and passion Morven had for showing our home and finding our buyers was incredible to see. If Bridges are not already dominating the West Lothian market, they will be soon. A truly personal service and a brilliant outcome every time.

From start to finish they made me feel at ease the entire process, there was no silly questions, nothing too complicated and made themselves available whenever they were needed. Despite a few unavoidable challenges, their professionalism, friendliness, and proactive approach were such a reassurance. From consistent updates (Niall made sure he kept me in the loop throughout) to their amazing teamwork, Bridges went the extra mile to ensure our house was swiftly back on the market, showing their commitment to their customer. It’s the second house we have sold through bridges and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

GoogleFrom the moment we met Ben Granville i knew we would be in safe hands. The whole team were professional and efficient from the start of our journey until the day we sold our property . We always felt that the team were working as a team to help us sell our house. There were bumps along the way but when one of the chain lost their buyer Ben had viewers round within hours . Hayley Levy kept in constant contact with all in the chain and their solicitors and drove the whole chain to completion, when issues came up Hayley was on top of the situation immediately, never giving up until it had been resolved . I would always recommend this amazing team, they take their role seriously and looked after us as if we were family. Trust them, they will do an amazing job at selling your property but also trying to make it as stress free as possible .

She made our selling experience so easy to the point we didn’t even feel like we were selling our home. She has such a lovely presence and made what is normally a stressful experience, very easy and seamless. She went above and beyond for us and words can’t describe how much we truly appreciated it. GoogleLuke Hammond was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He took the time to understand our needs and did more than what was asked of him. Luke was always available to answer any questions I had and had an amazing/positive work attitude. Although we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, we highly appreciate Luke’s help and wish more estate agents acted the same way as him. I highly recommend Luke. Five stars aren't enough to reflect the amazing service he provides!
