GoogleI am one of the buyers through their Farnham branch to buy our first property. We spent quite a long time to search for a suitable one. This week, we finally found a property which is perfectly met all our requirements because of the assistance from the Sales Negotiator, Edward, and their team. GoogleMy family and I have used Farnham Bridges five times now, and every experience has been an absolute pleasure. This time, the conveyancing process was particularly tricky due to a lease extension in my chain, but Hayley was an absolute trooper. She was determined to get to the root of the problem and never gave up. Her constant communication and persistence were key in securing my exchange, she truly did a fantastic job. A big thank you as well to Alfie, who was incredibly helpful when marketing my property, and to Petra, who wasted no time getting on the phone and finding me a buyer. And of course, Kathy, who looked after my sale at the start and who I've had the pleasure of working with on several sales and purchases over the years, always a calm and friendly voice on the end of the phone. GoogleFinding a house is daunting enough, but with Bridges they guide you and give you the opportunity to consider all options and understand your needs. With great local knowledge which we needed as moving into the area was invaluable and made the process easier. Petra was wonderful and always kept in touch. Would highly recommend Bridges as they are independent giving them an edge compared to the larger estate agents in the area.

Andy spent a considerable time with us, patiently answering all our questions and explaining precisely how he came to his valuation figure. It is always rewarding to talk with a professional who has so much experience and who is able to communicate so well. Andy has been in the business for many years and really knows his stuff. We were also really pleased that he brought along a work experience student to the meeting. A week's work experience is a valuable gift and it is wonderful that Bridges are able to offer this opportunity to local students. Bridges were recommended to us by a neighbour and quite rightly so.

GoogleAlong with very many others, I was trying to complete my move by the end of March 2025, after which stamp duty was due to increase. The sales team arranged several visits to the purchase property, so that I was sure it was the right choice. All were very friendly and professional. Once the purchase was agreed, despite huge workload pressure, Kathy kept me fully informed of the position of the whole chain and communicated regularly with all involved. The result was completion just before the deadline day and I was very impressed by Kathy’s friendly and approachable manner, along with her proactivity towards problem solving. I am very happy to recommend the Bridge’s team at Hook.
