GoogleI am one of the buyers through their Farnham branch to buy our first property. We spent quite a long time to search for a suitable one. GoogleWe can highly recommend Andy of Bridges Estate Agents. Andy spent a considerable time with us, patiently answering all our questions and explaining precisely how he came to his valuation figure. It is always rewarding to talk with a professional who has so much experience and who is able to communicate so well. Andy has been in the business for many years and really knows his stuff. We were also really pleased that he brought along a work experience student to the meeting. A week's work experience is a valuable gift and it is wonderful that Bridges are able to offer this opportunity to local students. Bridges were recommended to us by a neighbour and quite rightly so.

GoogleAlong with very many others, I was trying to complete my move by the end of March 2025, after which stamp duty was due to increase. The sales team arranged several visits to the purchase property, so that I was sure it was the right choice. All were very friendly and professional. Once the purchase was agreed, despite huge workload pressure, Kathy kept me fully informed of the position of the whole chain and communicated regularly with all involved. The result was completion just before the deadline day and I was very impressed by Kathy’s friendly and approachable manner, along with her proactivity towards problem solving. I am very happy to recommend the Bridge’s team at Hook.

GoogleI had a great experience selling my mums house through Bridges. I wanted an agent that was able to sensitively bring people around knowing mum was elderly and on her own. The Bridges staff who handled the viewings were very caring to mum and it was always the same agent that came meaning mum felt safe with them. I would thoroughly recommend them.
