GoogleMy property had previously been on market since March however unfortunately I did not get a sale. I then placed it with Bridges Ash Vale and both Stephen and Ben offered an excellent service. On the first viewing I was offered the asking price - which I accepted and it took less than 3 months to complete and I have now finally moved. Great success ... thanks Bridges.

GoogleJust wanted to thank Ethan for his time showing us the two properties we viewed with him. Initially we requested to see one but Ethan came across another property that he thought we may like and worth seeing. He was absolutely right, we loved the house. As we are first time buyers and don't know much about next steps required taking, Ethan gave us a run through of our next steps. He also put us in touch with a mortgage broker who was very helpful. Thank you Ethan for being wonderful and patient. We would definitely recommend Ethan as an estate agent. Ethan is professional, kind, and friendly, someone one can feel comfortable with right at the start, considering looking to buy a house for the very first time can be very nerve wrecking and scary. For any future property searches and/or buying we will ask for Ethan's help.

GoogleI last sold with BRIDGES in 2016 when I moved out of the area. Although not my selling agent this time, they were brilliant in keeping together, and pushing along a very long chain. Alfie and in particular Hayley Levy were right on the ball throughout the process. We finally exchanged yesterday and I'm looking forward to returning to Farnham in a couple of weeks. I'm not planning to move again but would wholeheartedly recommend Bridges to anyone.

GoogleA first class service from all in the office, especially Alfie and Petra. When a buyer was found (very quickly and efficiently) and the transaction was passed to Hayley, she had the patience of a saint but was still firm dealing with my substitute Solicitors who seemed to have two speeds dead slow and stop. I clearly chose the right agent! Well done BRIDGES.

In the first instance, Ben Baldry helped me with the sale of my parents property and after several viewings he managed to secure a buyer. He was always cheerful and ready to help and advise at all times From there, Hayley took hold of the reins and literally raced us to the finish line! Her kindness, efficiency and sense of humour was second to none. She's the friend you would always want on your side and thank goodness she was on mine. Thank you for helping me and my family through the whole process of selling and navigating the legal ins and outs during what has been a very emotional and difficult time.
