GoogleNeeded my home sold quickly to move abroad and despite some nerves and worry the bridges team delivered just that and achieved a good price. They do the social media side well which was one of the main factors in choosing them. It was Charlotte that achieved the sale in the end but we had positive interactions with all the staff.

GoogleSelling our home was a daunting prospect, but from the moment the Bridges team stepped through our front door with a friendly ‘Hello’, and a ‘we’re here to help and guide you’ attitude, we couldn’t have been placed into safer hands. Kellie explained the process superbly, listened to all our questions, and answered them with patience and clarity. Marketing day was arranged and a ‘WhatsApp’ group with the team informed us of who was visiting and when. The survey, video and photos were all completed on that day, and we were also introduced to Charlotte, who would be looking after the sale of our property. The video she presented for our property was amazing! Just 5 days after going ‘live’ on the market we had 3 vetted viewings. Kellie did an impressive job of negotiating an offer on the day that we gladly accepted. We can’t thank the whole Bridges team enough for their nothing’s too much trouble attitude, and personal service from beginning to end.

GoogleGreat experience. Excellent communication! Never had to ask a thing or chase anything up as everything was dealt with so efficiently. Also excellent customer service from everyone we have spoken to. Ali was very easy to deal with regarding going back and forth to the house for viewings etc and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, our experience with the Sales team was marred by misinformation, poor communication and unmet expectations that ultimately proved costly, time consuming and stressful. That said, the Sales Progression Team, especially Hayley, were absolutely fantastic and warranted a five star rating. GoogleHayley was absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! Selling my house was incredibly stressful and gave me huge anxiety, but she made it happen. Even when I thought the sale would fall through multiple times due to other agents not doing their part, Hayley took control and kept everything on track. Talking to her felt like speaking to a best friend, she was always in touch, kept me informed, and genuinely cared. I honestly can’t thank her enough. She’s the best!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for 2 years we were on the market and with 2 previous Estate Agents, we had lost all hope of selling. Olly persevered and finally got us to change to Bridges and Wow, we wish we had been with them from the start. With in a week we were sold. Through out the process we had close contact and we were helped every step of the way. Matt truly understood our situation and the empathy he showed will not be forgotten. A huge thank you to Morven and Kellie, who made everything so easy to understand right from the beginning, they explained every step clearly and made the whole process feel completely manageable. Then came Charlotte, who was simply incredible.
