GoogleWhat an amazing and different estate agency this is. From the minute I walked into my potential new home for the viewing, I could tell I was in professional hands. I was slightly late if I remember due to traffic yet at no point did I feel rushed. Immediately fell in love with the house then I have to say from that point on until I collected the keys, I have never come across such a switched on and proactive estate agent. It took me a wee bit getting used to the approach at first but it was in everyone's best interests. I dealt mainly with Sam and met Fiona as well on key collection day who both made it extremely special for me. During the transaction though it was Sam I dealt with and she was on it throughout - really business like yet friendly, super organised and always positive trying to see what progress is being made up and down the chain. An all round excellent experience and both Bridges and Sam went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much again🙂

As a first-time buyer, I had very little knowledge about purchasing a property, but Ali was incredibly informative, supportive, and helpful every step of the way. He made the process much less stressful and helped my partner and I purchase our first and forever home together. The WhatsApp communication was especially useful, as it allowed us to ask personal questions regarding the property and receive quick, helpful responses from the Bridges team. Everyone was professional, approachable, and always willing to provide guidance and information. Thank you again for making my first home-buying experience such a positive one.

GoogleOn the first visit it to the main office in Livingston it was very welcoming with a nice cappuccino and biscuit, I met both Tyler and James and I was very well received by both of them, both very down to earth and easy to get on with. My overall experience with Bridges was excellent, I was well informed at all times of the day through a personal WhatsApp group chat and when I was stuck with something or just needed some reassurance’s either James or Tyler was there to assist. All avenues were covered from mortgage provider, solicitor, home insurance and life insurance that would have taken myself time out of my working life that I didn’t have so I was extremely pleased that this was all taken care of for me. I very much appreciate all the work and effort both James and Tyler have put in to getting me my first property and I would highly recommend Bridges to anyone looking to buy their own property.

GoogleAli from bridges properties has been an absolute gentleman and helped us to no end find a house after someone pulled out of a purchase we had with another agency. He called us with a property that came back on the market we were really interested in and if it wasn't for him we were ready for giving up. Kellie and Sammie have also been great, everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful. Sammie was always on the other end of the phone keeping us updated and making sure everything was going as smoothly as it could. Couldn't be happier with everyone

The Property went live on a Friday, 10 viewings were carried out the following week and a tenant chosen quickly, who moved in the following week. 11 days from going to market, to move in. Exceptional Work - Very Impressed!

GoogleWe have recently bought our first rented house from bridges and initially we were not very positive about choosing any agency as we've heard that they have lengthy process, because we wanted to move within a week. However, as soon as we confirmed our house, they proved us wrong by making process really smooth and quick. we are really satisfied with their service, specially our property manager Cody, we really appreciate your support and kindness, Thank you. GoogleHad a really bad experience initially, feeling quite ignored. However, would like to say that closer to the move-in date, the staff are very active and on top of things and far better at communication.

GoogleWe chose Bridges Estate Agents as they are the leading Estate Agent in Farnham. We are absolutely over the moon with the service we have received over the last six months from Bridges. Contracts were exchanged on Friday, with completion set for 14 August. We would like to thank Alfie for his knowledge and expertise in managing the transaction, even working on a Sunday to conclude the deal. Ed has put in a lot of hard work in showing people around and was pivotal in marketing the property. Petra, again working very hard both in showing people round and utilising her wealth of knowledge when dealing with people. Lastly, our massive appreciation goes to Hayley who managed to get the deal over the line. Hayley worked incredibly hard, was a pleasure to work with remaining focused and determined in the face of challenging pressures. Thank you to all the support staff as well. We are so grateful to have been supported by Bridges and look forward to our retirement/ semi- retirement in Dorset.🏝️😎
