My family and I were very lucky to know Brian Holt Agency and Aimee Wootton, our agent, whose precious collaboration and availability was really important in our first days in Coventry when we were looking for our first home as soon as we moved to England for the first time. The Agency and Aimee immediately proved to be reliable, ready to solve all our doubts, they understood our needs by finding suitable solutions for our family and the right type of home and services. I have previously used Brian Holt to purchase 4 years ago which was a hassle free experience, however, on this occasion i am purchasing from them and the experience has been as near to perfect as you could get. Gabrielle at the Earlsdon office is one of the best Estate Agents i have ever dealt with. She is courteous, professional, friendly, timely and does exactly what she says she will do, just what you need from your estate agent when there are some rogues out there. There are no false promises or gimmicks she is a credit to the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian Holt to anyone selling or buying.

Very Happy as a Buyer going through Brain Holt. From the provisional viewing, through to offer, exchange and completion the communication was fabulous. All appointments were on time and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Any emails / telephone calls were responded to same day. Andy, Gabrielle and team were really fantastic, always called buyers ahead of time to check for cancellations, never let me down, they are professional and good managers. I'd definitely recommend the Earlsdon branch to other sellers.

We had fabulous service from start to finish from the lovely ladies of BH. Even when the first sale fell through they always let us know what was going on. Always proactive and got the job done well, never faltering over the time it was taking.

Although I didn't wind up using them again this time. Every interaction I have had with Brian Holt has been excellent. Having to use other estate agents has highlighted this. They are open about fees, prompt and communicate appropriately. Although I was disappointed to miss out on the property because the Landlord wanted a family in which I felt was a little unfair being a young professional, I can't fault BH for their service and quick communication. They are the only estate agents I think I could actually recommend.
