GoogleI have rented for 3 years with Brian Holt and all team members have been as helpful as possible. Scott Flegg has always been so lovely to deal with and has just gone out of his way to ensure all our repairs have been seen to by chasing the landlord and checking up on progress. GoogleI called Brian Holt today to chase up a call I had previously made over a week ago and was pleasantly surprised as the call was answered straight away by a lady called Joanne Keane, Lettings Administrator, she was so polite and kind and asked me how I was today, this friendly manner instantly put me at ease, she listened to my queries and said she would look into both and call me back, I was even more surprised when I got a call back within the hour from Joanne to say she had progressed my first request and someone would be contacting me to arrange a call out (fantastic!) And she had also looked into my second request and could put me through there and then to the gentleman who would sort it all out (Which he did! Another review coming his way) Thank you Joanne, you made my day 👍😊

GoogleThe Branch Manager Helen was great at keeping me updated with what was happening further up the chain and liaising between parties to keep things moving smoothly. I would certainly consider using Brian Holt in Kenilworth to sell my property in future.

GoogleOk so at 8pm one evening recently my boiler broke - I followed the troubleshooting guild to be told I need an engineer- it was -6 and freezing cold with no heating or hot water 😱. At 9am I phoned Brian Holt’s Lettings and spoke to Joe Keane, by 10.30am an engineer had been out and fixed the boiler so I had heat hot water and a warm evening on my sofa, what more could I have asked for amazing service x

GoogleBrian Holt have let my house in Earlsdon, Coventry for the past 4 years. During that time I've worked Scott Flegg, from the initial viewing/valuation to letting and reletting and dealing with the inevitable issues that crop up during any let. I'm pleased that Scott has always been totally professional: quick to respond and to solve problems (including dealing with the council to correct their council tax errors) and finding/managing tradespeople. His communication is great - timely and detailed and he takes the initiative when needed. My experience with Holts has been excellent throughout our relationship thanks to Scott.

I cannot judge didn't faced annoying alcoholic late paying tenant, though. Anyway, I can say that my hat is low for the professionals working in this agency. Salutes.
