GoogleGot the property rented by visiting the agency multiple times as they weren't responding to my emails or calls. But post agreement, their response to call and emails have become worse and no actions being taken to any issues reported. Their operating hours in Google is for their own employees and not for customers. Even when they are open, they won't meet the customers. I haven't experienced other agency but this isn't a good one for sure.

GoogleWe recently sold our parents property using Harrt Estate agents in Kenilworth. We dealt with Eloisa and Helen and both were respectful, professional and always friendly. Any queries we had were sorted efficiently and promptly and i would certainly recommend their service.
