GoogleThe worst experience I have had with a letting agency!!!! I was supposed to move into a newly refurbished flat complex. 3 days before moving in, I am told that it has failed legal standards. Instead of helping me, the hopeless staff didn’t offer any support. One member offered me a retirement property, I’m 21. This shows a great lack of knowledge and common sense. When it came to getting my deposit back it looks 3 1/2 weeks and a lot of nagging to get it sorted. Said staff member would not reply to my messages or calls and left me in the dark. Absolute shambles of a business and would heavily persuade others to not use them. They need a lot more training on how to do their jobs and their people skills.

GoogleLillie-may- I am a current customer of haart and I had spent weeks trying to get a visit on a property that was perfect for me. We got in touch with Lillie-may and she had sorted a visit for the property the next day and shortly after she had secured the property for me. Lille-may helped the entire time and is a credit to haart. Thank you Lillie-may.
