GoogleNot helpful at all. They only sides with the landlords! We lost alot of money because they didn't help us, also we lived in appalling condition flat while they sided with the rogue landlord and keep charging us for the appalling flat that we lived in.

Emma Gerald truly is one of the best that we have dealt with throughout this whole process. Emma is the most genuine, truthful, honest, professional, transparent, caring and personable negotiator we have come across in the whole experience of trying to sell my parents house. She has really made my parents gain trust in estate agents and they are so thankful to have received her advice and to have dealt with someone so genuine like Emma. GoogleJeff and Orla were absolutely FANTASTIC. We put our house on the market during July 2020 during the midst of the pandemic. All social distancing measures and respect was always shown during viewings of our home. Our home was sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. We did not find a property to purchase until late October. Both Jeff and Orla have kept us fully informed and has kept us fully updated during the whole process. It would not have been achievable without his proactiveness, relentless support, and regular follow ups (sometimes multiple times a day!) with the solicitor and seller over the past 8 months. We highly recommend Jeff and Brian Cox as an estate agent.
