GoogleThey do cheat on sellers, as i put an offer above asking price, they never presented that offer to the seller and property is under offer on less price than what i offered. Must be selling to some where they get benefit. There should make the process transparent!

GoogleVery unprofessional, they promised to take out a property from market as my price was accepted by owner, after they increased the price, second time I received a brochure with a price for another property, after a few days they've emailed me an increased price. GoogleI thoroughly recommend Jeff O'Sullivan and all the team at Brian Cox. Communication was excellent and they worked hard to secure my sale and at times went above and beyond my expectations. Some of their actions being after exchange and doing all they could to make what everyone regards as a stressful process so much easier. I don't have another property to sell in their area but if I did I wouldnt hesitate to use Brian Cox again. Thank you all!

GoogleJeff was not only efficient and professional he gently ’held my hand’ throughout the whole process which I really needed. He knows his stuff and gave me a valuation over the phone (which I thought was optimistic) and when he visited he said maybe it would go above the asking price, I’m pleased to say he was proved right. Thank you Jeff, I hope they are paying you well, you deserve it!

GoogleNot helpful at all. They only sides with the landlords! We lost alot of money because they didn't help us, also we lived in appalling condition flat while they sided with the rogue landlord and keep charging us for the appalling flat that we lived in.

GoogleI consider it as one of the greatest mistakes that I did which is to let through them. Even after receiving my holding deposit they readvertised the property and finally I lost my initial deposit amount. I informed them prior that i am on maternity leave and I can pay 6 months rent in advance for safety if the landlord has any issues regarding rent payment. Later on they told me that my reference failed as I sm on maternity payment and they wanted 6 month rent in advance with rent payment on each month, which I refused as I lost the trust on them.Very disappointed with their service.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleDon't really where to start from but this is a continuation from the previous tenant who left the review last year. I have been through a horrible experience dealing with this agency, they don't reply to your emails, calls after you have signed the contract. I think Caroline is the only one at Brian Cox who is professional but rest of the staff will keep ignoring you. The property had issues which were raised after I moved in but after chasing the agency I gave up as I was told that the landlady does not reply at all. After I moved out, I kept chasing the agency to get my deposit back but again I was told that the landlady is not replying, but annoying thing was that my checkout inventory had so many discrepancies as domestic cleaned flat at the time of move in, became professionally cleaned, and overall they tried to deduct about £350, for professional cleaning and damages. But I was never given the flat in a professionally cleaned state and the oven which was already broken before I moved in as also pointed out by the previous tenant "Laura Niepage" in her last year review but I was held responsible for this damage. Anyways, after 6 weeks of moving out when I did not get any reply or deposit back, I had to raise the dispute with TDS. I submitted all the evidence and this week the dispute was resolved and TDS dismissed the claim of cleaning and all the damages, and I finally got my deposit back after 4 months, I went through a lot of stress and frustrations as the landlady was not fair at all, and she won't resolve any issues, and tried to deduct the money by being so unfair. As you can see that me and the previous tenant had to go through the same kind of issues, and I am sure the current tenant who is living at the property will write a review next year too. I hope no one has to go through this, if anyone rents a flat from this agency, then I would say make sure to take all the pictures and raise all the issues when you move in as your check in and check out inventories will be done by two different companies and they will change the domestic cleaning to professionally cleaned sort of things, and then you will have to spend hours preparing your case and going through 70 pages of inventory.
