GoogleFrom the first contact with Mark Soanes he was courteous, professional and friendly We felt his advice was trustworthy and honest - which showed in the fact that our house was sold in the first weekend of marketing All through the process we have been regularly updated and we found all the staff to be helpful Would definitely use Bradford and Howley again - Mark and his team have been excellent

GoogleI am very glad that I chose Bradford & Howley to sell my house in Marshalswick, St Albans. Both Mark Soanes and Kerry Rushbrooke were excellent and very responsive. After the sale was agreed Mandy Atkins was involved in helping to push matters along and liaise with the other parties and their solicitors and she was also excellent. I never felt that anything was too much trouble and it was great to have such good support from the start to the finish. I definitely recommend them.

GoogleReally happy with Mark, Kerry, Cairen, Wendy and the team. I sold my property through Bradford and Howley. I have a baby, so needed to try and minimize disruption. They managed to get all the viewings done in one day back-to-back. Property photos look excellent. We had ten viewings and four offers all within a week of marketing the property! Couldn't ask for much more.

GoogleWe arranged a viewing but upon arrival the owner told us it was already sold. The agent Kev could not be contacted. An associate of his rang, simply saying that the viewing had already been cancelled. He didn’t apologise. We went to considerable effort to get to the viewing. There was no record of any cancellation email or voicemail or missed call

GoogleWe're not yet at the completion stage, but so far our experience with Bradford & Howley Harpenden has been really great - their warm style, their personability and their 'time to chat' approach is just so refreshing. Sarah was amazing from the first time she picked up the phone to me and both Sarah and Liam have been great guiding us through our purchase so far! Thank you B&H and Sarah and Liam.

GoogleFantastic service! Every person we have dealt with has been professional and charming. Liams knowledge of the Market initially impressed us and Sarah’s handling of everything was top class, especially over the Christmas/New Year period. 6 days from hitting the market to offer accepted, a true testament to how well B&H operate. Offering in-house mortgage advise and connecting with local solicitors makes the whole process as stress free as possible.

GoogleCalled at this office to get a valuation. Impressed with the advice. Sadly a decision was made to go with a different agent which turned out to be a big mistake. Liam Howley kept in touch, offering suggestions as to how the marketing could be improved by the other firm. We eventually decided to move to Bradford and Howley at the start of the year. The move has been seamless and the brochure they have produced is so superior. Looking forward to getting the property sold.
