avoid them. the agent accepted the competing offer and passed it to the vendor of the property we wanted to buy AFTER our offer was accepted by the vendor. While it is legal, it is unethical and other agencies dont do that. if you dont want to be in this situation , dont deal with them. it is St Albans office. We missed out on other houses we liked because of their actions.
