I asked for a valuation of my property from three estate agencies with a view to selling. Following the initial valuation by all three agents, I instructed Sam Symonds of Bradford and Howley to act our behalf Sam Symonds and Ciaran Murphy guided me through the selling process. From completion of paperwork, to professional photographs and open house viewing at the end of April 2022. They were always available either by telephone or email to help with queries.
