GoogleI was about to put zero stars. Long short story, called to rent a house since first day was added on the market but they was putting me to send email to different people, because they are busy apparently. Call them today to tell me that someone secure the deposit, really professional I can say.
I so sorry you feel aggrieved, I can confirm that the Tunbridge Wells market is probably the fastest it has ever been and in fact the massive increase in applicant enquiries has been recorded on Rightmove and has now made it into the national press. I’m afraid that demand has outstripped supply and all applicants are finding it challenging to secure a property. We do certainly need more property for the demand. All the best for your search.

GoogleHi all, After I get a view another day wereI saw a nice property, this morning I get an check call for a viewing of which I didn't know. I ask for an email with all the details which I got it straight away but without a link of the property. I said again that I don't know what's it's all about and the lady which supposely it's the letting manager start shouting that it's so busy and she doesn't have time to answer to my questions because it's no way that they will book me without my request. Well, I didn't make such request and definitely I don't know still what property was. I can say one thing, that lady was rude hanging the phone on a very bad tone after a small talk which make part of her job. Changing information, solving problems and leaving customers with a great feeling after a phone call it's something what an agency manager should achieve with ease with sweet talk, not with shouting skills. So so bad. No profesionalism, no skills, not a people person. They might be busy but this is no excuse to talk like this to their clients. We don't want to hear anything from this company. Dear Mr Manolache Yesterday you spoke to me and two of my colleagues at length and asked to see two properties; our system shows you were sent confirmation emails for both of these viewings that clearly set out the date, time and address for these properties. Property details are sent out in mail outs for properties when they come to the market so that people can decide whether they want to view and presumably having seen these you decided you wanted to view and booked an appointment. Saturday is the busiest viewing day of the week and therefore as a courtesy we made a brief call to re-confirm your appointment as you were late yesterday. When we called, you said you didn’t know anything about the appointment that you'd only booked yesterday, but the software confirmed that you had indeed received a confirmation email yesterday (we then re-sent this email booking confirmation again). When this was pointed out you then said that you had asked to view it, but you didn’t know if you could make it or indeed wanted to view it today You said you wanted to view the property details on line again. As my colleague was already at the property by this time for your appointment, we needed confirmation or cancellation urgently so that we knew if we could offer this slot to another applicant. You said that you would call us back once you had seen the details, but you by then my colleague was already waiting at the property for you and needed to know whether to wait or move onto the next appointment. We did not put the phone down on you or shout, it was difficult to hear you over the phone and it seems clear that there was a misunderstanding. We were not shouting but tried to speak more clearly as we couldn’t understand you, our apologies if it seemed so. It certainly does appear that there has been significant confusion. GoogleAbsolutely zero customer service if you are a perspective tenant. Unfortunately I had not passed credit checks so I offered to pay the full term of 12 months in advance which would of cost me £42k. I was told that the landlord was not interested in having me as a tenant even if I was to pay this amount upfront, seeing as the landlord did not want me as a tenant I requested to have my holding deposit returned which was £807.69, to which I was told I will not be getting my money back. I can understand if they wanted to take something for the cost of the references, however keeping £807.69 of my hard earned money is appalling. If you are looking to rent stay clear of bracketts! Dear Josh We have only spoken once, but your review is the same as the one above and relates to the same property. We cannot discuss personal finances and details publicly however, in accordance with the tenant fee act, I’m afraid that you signed to say that you accepted a weeks rent is non-refundable and dependent on passing referencing. All the correct processes have been followed in line with the Government guidelines. The Landlord declined your offer due to the references provided which only were known after the deposit was made. I have advised you how to proceed in the future to avoid this again and wish you well.

He offered a phone call to discuss the differences between the Homebuyers survey and a full building survey which was very helpful. He answered all my (probably silly) questions, without making me feel like I was asking ridiculous things! The report he provided was detailed and incredibly useful.
