GoogleBothams offers good quality service for the most part, they are professional to an extent and I barely had any issues when it comes to communication. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because before renting from Bothams I had to send a form with all my details for them and the landlord to review so they can decide if I could be rent a property from them. On those documents I obviously had to include all of my personal information. I was succesful so they sent me the rent agreement and other paperwork and on every single one on which they put my name and not left a blank space for me to fill in, my name was misspelled. I contacted them and asked for that to be corrected. It was, only on one document. Asked again about others, the lady that was taking care of it erased my name everywhere because I guess that was easier than correcting the mistake. The only reason the mistake even happened is because in my email my name is spelled differently. So scratch the official form signed by me stating my full legal name, if my email spells my name differently then I must've made a mistake, right? Pretty sure that one of my official renting documents still has my name misspelled on because I just couldn't be bothered to ask her to change if for the Nth time. As I said, professional to an extend with fairly good communication.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled at the quality of service I have received from Bothams, I am still waiting for a call back from Andrew he said he was going to call me ASAP and that was two weeks ago! I put in an offer for a shop after I had a viewing they then declined the offer and wouldn’t allow me to view the premises again or put in another offer. Belinda keeps avoiding me telling me it’s not available when I know for a fact it is as I got someone els to call to enquire about it on my behalf. Dear Joe, Thank you for your review and comments - we always welcome and appreciate all feedback to ensure we provide the best service to our clients and customers. Having checked our records we did leave a voicemail message for you which was followed up with an email, and have been in correspondence with you via email and telephone on numerous occasions. The last email sent to you asked for confirmation of your availability to meet at the premises for another viewing and to discuss your revised offer, but as of yet we have not received a response from you until you posted this review. To confirm your initial offer was rejected by our client due to the level of your offer, and lack of satisfactory references and/ or deposit. At that stage an alternative offer was accepted by our client from another party which we were moving forwards with. The other tenant however has subsequently not been able to proceed due to the impact the ongoing pandemic has had on their business. We confirmed this to you when you rang, and confirmed the premises were once again available, and asked you to clarify you were still interested. You have had every opportunity since to make another offer which we would of course be delighted to put through to our client, as ultimately the decision rests with the landlord as our client We would of course be happy to discuss this matter further, please contact us via telephone or email when convenient, so that we might have the opportunity of addressing any issues of concern, and we will do our best to resolve these with you given the chance.
