GoogleI'm disabled . I'm being bullied to move a bicycle from near the boiler as it could restrict the access lol . The bike is on wheels and can be moved. It's not going outside as its an electric vehicle and is very expensive.. ive been at the property 8 years and no damp , but they are saying damp will occur if a don't throw away things ..

When we undertake routine property inspections on behalf of the landlords the inspection has a dual purpose; firstly so we can check that the property is being kept in acceptable condition which we then report to the landlord, and secondly so we can discuss the property with the tenant to identify any issues or repairs required, and to identify any possible health and safety risks that can be resolved or minimised. Any recommendations we make are based on ensuring any possible risks to health and safety are removed or minimised as far as possible to ensure the ongoing safety of the occupants of the property, and to ensure that the property is kept in good condition to ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment. We had been told the lease on our rented property would be cancelled by February we where frantically looking for a house viewed one with bothams and two days after viewing we where accepted as tenants and a move in date provided. Jodie at Botham has been brilliant. We had no previous experience with tenancy matters or the renting of a property it was all new to us and Jodie was patient and prompt if we needed to double check anything with her. Unfortunately the tenancy did not go through on this occasion but myself and my son Craig would definitely use Bothams and in particular Jodie to help with any future tenancy of a property that comes up in the future.
