GoogleRude!!, after calling up, making an offer at the asking price on an unseen property and then being told they will discuss it - rather than putting it forward to the seller. Told they would get back to me and haven't. Really shocked and disappointed.

Dear Ms. Holland, Thank you for taking the time to write a review - we always welcome and appreciate all feedback to ensure we provide the best service to our clients and customers. We are therefore sorry and disappointed to receive your negative review. Having checked our database and systems we have not been able to locate any formal correspondence received from you, unless of course this was under a different name to that under which you left your review. You have not mentioned which property you were interested in buying, but to confirm we follow a process with all properties we market for sale to protect our clients interests, which includes parties viewing a property before we can fully recommend an offer to our client. This is also to protect your interests as a prospective purchaser, as of course a property is a significant investment and therefore we would always recommend at least one viewing before making a formal offer. For the avoidance of doubt we report all formal offers to our clients for their consideration - whilst we can advise on offers it is ultimately our clients decision and we take instruction from them. We would of course be happy to discuss this matter further, and would therefore be obliged if you could provide up-to-date contact details via email to enquiries@bothams.co.uk so that we might have the opportunity of addressing any issues of concern, and we will do our best to resolve these with you given the chance.

GoogleI asked to view a property, I was given a starting time and opted for the first appointment that was offered, 2:15. I was then told that appointment wasn’t available and offered 2:30, I replied after a little while as I was busy at work and was then told that appointment wasn’t available either. If someone asks for an appointment at 2:15 and that isn’t available but 2:30 is don’t you think common sense could have prevailed here??

GoogleAfter a recent change of circumstances i decided to relocate, Jody and the team at Bothams quickly and efficiently helped with my tenancy and fasted tracked the whole process, Jody's communication throughout the whole process was clear precise and professional, i can't thank her enough. Shani helped complete the process when i visited the Chesterfield branch to sign the tenancy, she also delivered a high level of professionalism. A huge thank you to Jodie Elliott who has taken the lead in helping us let our shared house. Jodie has been professional, organised and efficient, whilst being friendly and personable too. Jodie has kept us well informed regarding applications, in addition to promptly liaising with tenants when we have required access to the property. Jodie has taken time to get to know us and what type of people we are seeking to create a happy home for our tenants. I'd also like to mention Sarah Eyre who manages the accounting of our property, and worked with us to ensure we are all on the same page with regards to the billing for individual tenants.
