I have used Bond Oxborough (as a seller) before and was satisfied with their commitment and effort at that time. On this occasion I was a buyer and found them to be capable and business-like . However the major issue I found during this process (which took a week short of six months from initial bid to completion) was a lack of information on the reasons for the long delay. I had to chase up what was happening through my own estate agent and solicitor, both of whom tried very hard to determine what the problems were. but without much success.
I would have preferred a monthly up-date from Bond Oxborough - via my own Estate agent, if only keep everyone in the picture.

Given that we were buying as opposed to selling we feel that we got a much better service from Bond Oxborough Phillips than we did from the estate agent we were actually paying in respect to the sale of our house. We were given regular updates by Susan Stanbury who not only chased our own agents and solicitors for information but was first to confirm when exchange took place. The quality of service offered by Mark and his team was second to none - my appraisal is directed at their professionalism, individual understanding and empathy along with their local knowledge and advice. Indeed, I am clear that I can call in anytime to ask about local services or tradespeople who are skilled in working on a grade 2 building.
