Very impressed with the rental side of the business!

I have just finished the process of starting a flat rental through Bidwells, and have been extremely impressed by Jake Jackson's performance, who led the process from Bidwells' side. Jake was polite, helpful and efficient, and we were able to go from flat viewing to signing contracts in 5 days. The Goodlord platform that Bidwells uses for background checks etc is also very user friendly and efficient.

Bidwells gave me three choices of…

Bidwells gave me three choices of tenants and has done all the procedures including signing the tenancy agreement for me.I did not give five stars because there was some hiccup in applying to change the account for heat supply. The staff repeatedly made a mistake in relation to one of the joint tenants' name in the application form so that the form was not accepted by the heating company twice.
