GoogleWe have just started renting a property with Bidwells and so far the customer service has been outstanding. There was a hold up in the referencing process which Niki sorted out very quickly. Very happy so far.

Bidwells were the agent for our sale and purchase, in what turned out to be a very complicated move. We were assisted all the way through and communication was excellent. At times we faced challenges where we thought the move might not happen but both Ollie Rivers and Frances McDermott facilitated discussions up and down the chain and we found resolutions to make the move happen. After such a move we wont be considering moving for a very long time but when we do we wouldn’t hesitate to work either Ollie or Frances again.

We were guided through the buying process by Andrew Tucker, despite acting for the vendors. He did an excellent job of working with both sides to facilitate a smooth and fast process.Andrew’s attention to detail, consistency and openness allowed for the sale to go through. This is all despite a last minute issue that he helped resolve.He partnered both the vendor and us as buyers. I could not recommend Andrew more highly.

I am impressed with the efficiency on the work Bidwells has delivered. It only took 2 weeks from handover upon completion to the conclusion of tenancy agreement. I appreciate the advice and guidance throughout . As an overseas investor, it is important that we could find someone reliable who is on the ground and can provide timely response. I have no hesitation to recommend Bidwells to my friends.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Bidwells were both our rental and purchase agent. The checkout agency they use is a farce, they use over inflated costs to account for ‘damage’ to rental property. The customer service is woeful. In terms of property purchase, we were told to deal with infestations as the property was bought as we saw it though there was nothing obvious at the time we saw it. Worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with both for rentals and purchase. It is a pity that they monopolise the market!

I recently rented a fully managed house from Bidwells. It was a fantastic experience with the staff there. They only did not rent a house, but also support me to understand the local regulation here, referencing requirements, etc., and made my family relocation very smooth. I started the process when I was there in the middle east and I got keys on the second day of landing in the UK. Online support was quick and precise. Team of very professional and supportive staffs!! All the best!!

Niki and the BW team are gods. (gender neutral) I’m a lost yank and they were super understanding and patient throughout the whole process. Moving to the UK in the summer and looking for a house in Cambridge was daunting but, they made it pretty painless. They answered no less than 1,768 questions most of which were probably extremely basic but, they always laughed and helped via email or phone. The BW team also seemed to keep a better website compared to other property managers. Five stars / swipe right for elite customer service.

We did the usual ‘beauty parade’ of Cambridge estate agents and were impressed from the outset by Bidwells’ Andrew Tucker’s professionalism and empathy as we embarked on a big life change. Throughout the sales process he expertly represented our interests with potential purchasers and helped us easily clear the inevitable hurdles that popped up during the conveyancing process. With our completion now imminent, we couldn’t recommend Andrew more strongly. When we started to consider a family relocation, we didn’t anticipate becoming cheerleaders for an estate agent!
