GoogleCannot recommend Bear Estate Agents more highly. We have had a reasonably long process in our buying and selling (through no fault of theirs) but Bear has been with us every step on the way. We originally used another local agent who seemed to lose interest once there were no potential buyers within the first 4 weeks. I have to especially call out Megan for her incredible tenacity to push things ahead and communicate all updates no matter whether big or small with what ended up being an incredibly long chain all with their own requirements. There would be no questions in using Bear again for future transactions. Thanks, team.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Bear, the whole process they have been brilliant. I was impressed by their pictures and advert, support with viewings and then the follow up after offer to exchange. Having sold properties a few times, I've never had an agent so proactive in keeping us up to date and chasing things through to get us to the point of exchange. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI have been very happy with Bear right from the start, around 4 months ago. I was pleased, when Jack first came to value my property, with his pleasant attitude, which made me feel at ease, and I then new I was going to Bear to help guide me through what I believed to be a daunting task of selling my house of over 30years. I was kept informed at every step, as we had people to view, and I met more of the staff from Bears at each viewing. Each and everyone I met, or spoke to on the phone, were so polite and easy to talk to, it felt like you were talking to your friends, and yet they were very professional as well, in the advice and help they were giving. And finally, the day I exchanged. All their work has got me to this point and I couldn't be happier, so a big thank you to all the members of the team that looked after me and I would recommend them unreservedly, if you are looking for a very professional and friendly team, to help you move to the next chapter of your life.

GoogleWow, where do I start fantastic 🍾Bears estate agents from start to finish. All the staff work extremely hard, photos taken kept informed and sold within 4 Weeks. You are so well looked after By Leigh-Anne she is always there for you. She explains everything and her advise is brilliant. I sing my praise for all the staff but Leigh- Anne goes above and more. GoogleThis review is to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service provided by one of your agents, Megan, during our recent experience with Bear. Last year, my husband and I purchased a property through Bear, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant lack of communication and professionalism from Megan. For approximately six weeks, despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone, email, and social media, we received no response from Megan. This prolonged period of unresponsiveness caused us immense stress and uncertainty, as we were left in the dark regarding the status of our purchase. It was only after our estate agent, Jordan Evans in Kent intervened and lodged a complaint with Megan's superiors that we finally received a response. Regrettably, Megan's reply did not acknowledge her lack of communication or the distress it caused us; instead, she seemed to dismiss the issue entirely. When we initially encountered Bear, Megan's charming demeanor during our visit to the office in Leigh led us to believe that we were in capable hands. However, her actions following the acceptance of our offer contradicted her assurance of being "with us every step of the way." The six-week period of being ignored by Megan was undoubtedly one of the most stressful experiences I have ever endured, and it was entirely avoidable. We are still bewildered as to why Megan chose to disregard our attempts to contact her, especially considering the importance of clear communication during such a significant transaction. While we understand that we cannot always choose the estate agent representing a property we wish to purchase, we certainly have the discretion to select an agency when selling our own property. Based on our negative experience with Bear and Megan's substandard customer service, we have no intention of entrusting our future property transactions to your agency. I hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the customer service standards within your company and ensures that other clients do not endure similar experiences in the future.
