GoogleAn energetic young company. My flat was rented to amazing tenants found by Bear Lettings then after a couple of years sold through Bear. Thanks Rob for his continuous positivity and Sydney for keeping me up to date with the sales progression - an excellent team.

GoogleBear recently closed the sale on a family property. This had originally been on the market with another estate agent with little interest. The quality of the photos, sales and marketing process and enthusiasm from the team immediately boosted viewings. It wasn't a straightforward journey, but at every hurdle Ricky, Sydney and the team came up with reassuring and practical advice. Their communication is also excellent and I felt throughout they were really invested in not just the sale, but the relationship we formed with them as vendors. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

GoogleMy wife and I had a fantastic experience with Bear from start to finish selling our home in Little Wakering. From initial consultations, throughout the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion. Although everyone we dealt with were consistently excellent we would like to single out Sydney for her work managing the sales progression, giving us advice, keeping us informed, and generally being a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Bear and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Rob & Lucy Lawson

GoogleHaving not moved for years- I can say I really wasn’t looking forward to the process. Bear Estate agents were fabulous, issues with viewings were no problem, George showed people around for me, was punctual and respectful, always trying to keep viewings together, and keeping us informed about timings and feedback, even if there was no feedback- I was told. Their ‘we can do attitude’ was brilliant. Ricky was spot on with our valuation too. Everyone I spoke with had a really positive attitude and were so thoughtful and supportive- I would absolutely recommend them.
