I cannot sing Bear Basildon’s praises enough. Leigh-Anne, Joe and Jamie were amazing when we sold our house. Our selling process was long and very up and down (no fault to Bear at all) but as I learnt when things don’t go smoothly having a supportive estate agent is an absolute must, which Bear absolutely were. They just did exactly what they said they would do - which in the house buying process is really the one thing you really want. They would chase up whenever I asked (same day always), they got back to me really promptly (within a few hours if not sooner), they never made me feel like a bother when I probably was at times and they were so approachable and friendly. It genuinely felt like we were in the whole process as a team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much. 😊

I cannot praise Bear estate agents enough. There were several worrying times with my solicitors not replying, and situations I didn't know what to do next etc, but Sydney at Bear was amazing and always put my mind at rest and restored my faith in the sales progression when at times I thought it was all over. She went above and beyond to help. She kept in contact with both myself and the buyers and kept us all informed and advised us on what to do. Just a few months ago, I was casually browsing properties, thinking I’d probably buy something in a couple of years. The team in the Leigh-on-Sea office were available 7 days a week, which I found to be very useful when selling our property through them, especially for those that wanted to book viewings on weekends outside of the normal working week, as some estate agents were closed on Sundays, we thought this was certainly a plus using Bear for our sale. There was always a friendly greeting on the phone and relevant team members at all stages of the process responded when feedback was needed which was great. We found Megan to be very proactive with our sales progression, with constant communication back and forth and certainly seemed knowledgeable in her field and especially helpful on the day of our move!
