GoogleI recently worked with Bear Estate Agents and had a very good overall experience. The team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the local market. They were always polite and helpful whenever I got in touch, and the process moved smoothly from start to finish. There were a few times when I needed to chase for updates, but whenever I did, the team responded promptly and made sure everything was handled. Despite this, they were committed to getting things done, and the final outcome was excellent. Overall, Bear Estate Agents provided a reliable and supportive service, and I’d happily recommend them to others.

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my flat and honestly could not have asked for a better estate agent team to guide me through the process. From start to finish they were amazing, friendly and incredibly professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always made me feel supported and reassured, even during the stressful moments. Communication was excellent throughout, every update was clear, timely and helpful. I always felt like they genuinely cared, not just about the sale, but about me and making sure everything went smoothly. I am so grateful for all their hard work and kindness. If you’re looking for an estate agent who’s personable, reliable and truly dedicated, I couldn’t recommend Bear enough. Thank you for helping me get my new home. I’m over the moon! x

GoogleBear have been brilliant! Although, our purchase didn’t complete due to ourselves pulling out. From start to finish Bear have been superb, Josh helped us in the early stages of the purchase and was extremely helpful, Megan has been just as good and Frank a great help too! Between them they’ve answered 101 questions of ours and we couldn’t be more appreciative for the help and guidance they have given in the past 6 weeks. :) We highly recommend Bear Los.

GoogleI felt supported from start to finish, with Bears. It was a very stressful sale due to my poor choice of Conveyancers . Meghan, from Bears kept me sane through the very challenging later stages of trying to Exchange ! Would use Bears again if ever I moved back to this area.

GoogleBear have been wonderfully supportive from start to finish. I would recommend Megan and her team to anyone considering moving house. They have continued to offer support even after the sale has completed. Would have no issue giving them 5 starts - sold in March 2025.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Bear estate agents who were helpful throughout the whole process. Megan in particular was fantastic, she kept us informed the entire time and communicated with the entire chains solicitors. Without Megan's hard work I do not believe we would have completed so quickly.

GoogleWe bought our house through Bear and had a great experience with Megan managing the sale progression. Our solicitor's communication was poor, and we were often kept in the dark. Megan was incredibly helpful, always returning our calls, stepping in to chase updates, and keeping everything moving. I'm sure we wouldn't have moved in on the set date without her intervention. Very grateful!

GoogleThe team at Bear have been fantastic! Our property wasn’t on the market for long before a seller was found. Megan has been amazing, she worked tirelessly and was very supportive from start to finish.

GoogleHuge Thanks to Bear! A year later and we’ve finally done it, we have exchanged! One of the longest house-buying processes ever, but Bear were great throughout. We started with other agents, but Bear got us under offer within a month. From there, it was a tough road, but they never gave up. Massive thanks to Megan, her dedication and hard work were the reason we got through. Without her, it might never have happened. Thank you, Megan, and thank you Bear!

She always made time for us and was exceptionally patient and kind. I wouldn't want to sell or buy through anyone else. Thank you Megan, true wizardry.
