GoogleWorking with Bears to get my apartment sold has been a pleasure. Wendy especially has been very helpful, and kept me informed at all stages, she could be relied upon to be the go-between to get things moving. I would highly recommend the team in Leigh on Sea. Thanks a lot for everything.

GoogleIncredible service from Caina at Bear Lettings in Southend. I was surprisingly impressed with her restorative skills. Supporting to implement and resolve an issue with Tenants. With appreciated listening skills and heard my concerns and Caina presented in a diplomatic manner the Tenants issue. Also displaying empathy for me as a Landlord. The issues were resolved effectively and efficiently a resolution achieved!!

GoogleI would highly recommend using Bear Estate agents, I had a great experience. From the initial evaluation which was spot on to the completion. Helen was my appointed contact and was always able to answer questions and kept me in the loop. We shall soon be selling my partners property and will not hesitate in using Bear again. Thank you Team Bear!

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Bear and couldn’t be happier with the service. Sydney was a great help when it came to making offers and organising viewings and Tilly was amazing, communicating all the way through the purchase and going above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI was really struggling with starting the whole selling process as I was terrified of what`s to come but then Jamie comes in for our appointment and took all that away. Professional, knowledgeable, straight forward but also kind , friendly and warm. He actually listened, answered all our questions without hesitation and brought us great relief. I would 100% recommend Bear.

GoogleWe used Bear for the sale of our property and found them to be really helpful, friendly and proactive - in particular Sydney and Helen who were both fantastic when it came to giving us updates on the sale and chasing solicitors for us. Hopefully we will be in our new home for a very long time but we would use them again in the future :)

GoogleWe couldn’t be more grateful to Bear Estate Agents for their support throughout our journey. From the start, we really appreciated their open honesty. We had spoken to a few other agencies who put on a big show but didn’t talk to us on a real, genuine level. With Bear, we always felt we were given advice and information that was truly useful and helpful, which made such a difference. The whole team, Joe, Jamie and Shaun, were always supportive, and we genuinely felt like they were rooting for us every step of the way. A special mention has to go to Tilly, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us unpick issues with the solicitors and kept us updated when our own solicitors failed to do so, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. By the end of the journey, we felt we had built a great bond with the team, so handing in the keys at the end really did feel like a big moment. We would 100% choose Bear again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you so much to the whole team.
