GoogleWe recently sold our house, and purchased a new house through Bear and would definitely recommend their services. They were friendly, eager to help, and remained professional at all times. I would especially like to thank Megan who worked tirelessly to get our sale and purchase over the line, and Tony for making himself available and for being open and honest with us throughout the entire process.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

GoogleJust sold our house with Bears after being messed around with other agent. We had exceptional service from start to finish and our house was sold for asking price within three weeks. Everything we needed was done promptly and efficiently, Megan from sale progression was great she had updated me with all stages and was really helpful &friendly. I will be definitely be using bear for my future projects...
Hi Sehernaz, Bear thoroughly appreciates your review and I know Megan will be especially pleased. The team work hard and will be so pleased with this, thank you, Bear

GoogleBuying and selling a house is complicated and stressful at the best of times; let alone during a pandemic; against all the odds we managed this. Bear were professional but also compassionate/human. I still can't believe it happened. Their fees were reasonable, and every person I spoke to / met was a credit to the business. I would also recommend they Mortgage company - who were also really helpful and got me a decent deal. Happy customer here, I hope I will never need to use you again - but I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Team. KatePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
That is fantastic feedback Kate and we really couldn’t hope for better! The Bear team will be delighted by this and we thank you as we are always striving to do our best. Many thanks, Bear.

GoogleBear estate agents were a great company to work with when purchasing our property. They were positive and friendly from the start of our search and once we did find a property they continued to be helpful. We were able to find our forever home with Bear and as a company they managed our case professionally and effectively. They were sensitive and understanding and were willing to listen. They were also efficient throughout. We are so happy we continued with purchasing this property. We are now in our home and loving every minute of it. We would recommend Bear estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWhere do I start? I had an excellent selling experience with Bear. From the customer service to the professionalism of viewing, I can't praise Bear Estate Agents enough. Rob was fantastic and very personable, which is tough to find in most estate agents in Essex. It was a refreshing experience dealing with a knowledgeable and dynamic company after my past experience with other estate agents that have no knowledge of the industry. The initial consultation clearly outlined that the team knew how to market properties effectively and I am beyond happy that I chose to work with these guys. It makes me want to move into buying and selling houses just to deal with Bear on a regular basis.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Curt, we are thrilled by your comments!

GoogleMy house had been on the market with another agent for several months and hadn't sold. After a couple months break I decided to put it back on with Bear. I almost immediately got enough interest to do a bulk viewing and had a buyer within the first week. Right from the start the communication with all of the team was brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Frank was my main contact throughout and was just amazing. When my first buyer pulled out, he was so positive that we would find another buyer, which we did very quickly. I can't recommend them enough 😊👍
Hi Victoria, thank you for this and it is amazing that you stayed so positive despite a shaky start. Determination wins through and Bear is happy to have taken this journey with you. Many thanks, Bear

GoogleWe have just used Bear estate agent to sell our house and they have honestly been AMAZING. Kyle was so friendly and informative and came to take the photos of our house which looked brilliant and within 24 hours it was on the market. All of the team at bear were so polite and friendly booking in the viewings and our house sold very soon after! Helen has been fantastic and is a credit to Bear estate agents, she was our sales progressor and did everything she could to ensure things were chased and we were kept updated! Megan and Sydney were always so friendly on the phone too and always helped me where they could. They have brilliant customer service and a brilliant rate too! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell my house - thank you bear estate agents! You all do an amazing job 👏🏻.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI've just sold through Bear and I can honestly say it was a breeze. From valuing and getting my property on the market, Rob was so helpful and really responsive and it was sold within 2 weeks!! Then at the sales progression stage Sydney was amazing, she always kept me up to date and was even going above and beyond when the sellers solicitors weren't up to scratch. I would recommend Bear to anyone and I will definitely be using them when I move again. Thank you so much Rob and Sydney :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Rob and Sydney and the Bear team were ‘bowled over’ by your comments, thank you so much!

GoogleI was very pleased with the care and service I received from Bear while searching for my new home. They were always quick to respond and accommodate my requests- as a buyer unfamiliar with the area they showed me a great range of properties and were very patient with my questions. I would recommend them for any first time seller, especially Jamie who went above and beyond.
Ruby thank you for taking the time to post this review. The Bear Team and Jamie will be very happy to read you were happy with your buying experience.

GoogleYes, like all or most estate agents they dont always return your call promptly and sometimes forget to update their system but overall they are a great company and team of people to deal with. They sold our house at the marketed price and their fees are affordable. Well done Bear and thank you. George
Thanks George, we are happy you are content but will try even harder! Bear

GoogleI've recently SOLD with Bear. I can fully recommend them, I found the entire team to be enthusiastic. Prompt responses, proactive contact and they kept in touch and kept the sale on track throughout the covid19 lockdown period. Excellent value for money with a personal touch.
Hi Sharon, thank you so much for this great review. It’s been a tricky time for us all but we are so happy you achieved your goal! Best wishes for the future.

GoogleCannot thank these people enough, our move was a long drawn out process which was delayed due to solicitors/freeholders etc, but they were with us throughout it all, big shout out to Helen for her patience kindness and counsel at times (yes I was in tears numerous times😂). Also thank you to Sydney for making sure it went through smoothly on the day as it could have fell through in the last moments. The team work tirelessly to get answers from solicitors that even my solicitor couldn’t get. Absolute stars in all aspects. I’m writing this surrounded by boxes still unpacking But very happy. If you want advice , to sell, ,to buy. Don’t go anywhere else these people are the elite in what they do.👍👍 Wishing the company all the best for the future will recommend to everyone
What a pleasure to read this Anna. Makes us very proud to know the team, especially Helen and Sydney, could help you so much through that exhausting process. You came through the other end and Best Wishes to you in your new home!

GoogleFound our dream house through Bear and just exchanged yesterday. Sydney from the sales progression team was particularly brilliant. She was endlessly chasing lawyers and estate agents from all sides and really helped to speed up the process and ensure that it happened. We were regularly updated of any developments. House buying/selling is an stressful process in general, but she certainly helped to reduce that stress with her persistance and professionalism.
Hi Emma, Sydney will be 'over the moon' when she reads your comments as will the rest of the Bear team. Thank you so much and Best Wishes in your new home!

GoogleCannot recommend Bear highly enough. Helen Wilson was assigned to help us with the purchase of our house & she was absolutely fantastic, went above & beyond to help us with what proved to be an extremely long winded & stressful experience (due to having to deal with the sellers unbelievably incompetent solicitor)! Very very happy with the service we received.
Helen will be so pleased to get this praise from you Anna. She is a very experienced Sales Progressor and always does her best to help. Thank you!
