GoogleMy daughter rented a property from these people 6 months ago and has had issues with them from day 1 she is STILL waiting for repairs to be done by them after 4 months , she has some serious issues with the property and is sick of poor excuses and fake promises , not a fit place to live with a 2 year old toddler, avoid these dis honest people and go to a better agentsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Hi Andy, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have researched these issues. Your daughter has NOT been in the property for 6 months. In the time she has been there, both Bear and the landlord have responded to ALL of your daughter’s issues and spent monies to comply. We are the managing agents and can confirm this. I know you are geographically distanced from your daughter but please visit her to confirm this. Bear

GoogleGreat service very trustworthy. Only issue is their payment method. I've been told all payments are done in-house and the invoice for the landlords comes 2-3 days before the payment is deposited in your account. This is my personal experience with bears so far. They are great however the rent is deposited in my account 3 days after the invoice is sent to me which is very frustrating.

GoogleI have recently used Bear to sell my flat. They got people through the door to view, they able to get several offers in one day. The big star of the show is Sydney, she was on point throughout chasing solicitors, basically taking the strain out of the process for me, which was exceptionally helpful. If I was selling again, would certainly use Bear again. Well done guys 👍

GoogleI was very impressed by Bears entire operation from start to finish. They were good value for money and delivered on the final sale price based on their initial valuation. As a team they are all worthy of high praise and were there for us every step of the way. From when we needed a quick chat reassuring us to hold our nerve or just a simple check in to update us on progress of the sale. Harry was very helpful when organising the viewings, even before it hit the market and Ben done a great job with the viewings. There were two stand out performers in Tony Kemp who had an impressive knowledge of the local market and was confident in his valuations for what was realistically achievable. He managed to secure us considerably more than a local competitor valued our property for which was a bonus. His photography was awesome and really made our house stand out and he was a real pleasure to do business with. Megan deserves a mention also for her patience and reassuring tenacity when dealing with a chain that seemed quite daunting to us. But with her dedication the sale was completed within the initial promised timeframe. I would definitely recommend buying or selling a property with the Bear team at leigh on sea. GoogleI recently sold my property in Upminster via Bear and found them to all to be very friendly and helpful particularly Frank who I spoke to frequently. Helen Wilson who is the sales progresser at Bear was absolutely fantastic and really helped so much with keeping me informed advising me of progress and providing advice ( and letting me he know what the solicitor hadn’t yet done so we were able to chase )Helen was brilliant and without her I really don’t think the sale would have gone through before the stamp duty deadline Helen was informative, reassuring friendly and extremely responsive and I can’t thank her enough for her helpPositiveResponsiveness

GoogleSo grateful to the staff at Bear for their patience and kindness during our recent house search in Leigh. Ben and Harry in particular we’re outstanding and went out of their way to provide first class customer service. Relocating to a new area is challenging to say the least but they provided invaluable help by providing early notice on properties and securing weekend viewings during a very busy time. Ben and Harry remained upbeat and positive throughout which was really appreciated and in-turn helped keep us motivated! Thanks very much to all at Bear.

GoogleWhat should have been a simple purchase, with no chain, took six months from offer to completion. Fortunately, for us, we had Sydney from the Sales Progression Team, who, provided us with constant updates, chased up outstanding issues and also managed to deal with a somewhat difficult Seller to ensure our purchase progressed. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, as I am sure the sale would have fallen through. Sydney was more helpful than even our own solicitor, and at times, we only knew what was going on because of her - we would definitely use Bear Estate Agents again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
