Bear Estate Agents were acting on behalf of our sellers (we did not employ them). They were AMAZING they were very helpful, always updating us and keeping us informed of the sale progression (better than our Estate Agents). From the beginning of when we provided our offer, through to waiting for the sellers to find a property, agreeing the exchange and completion date and finally on the moving day. Throughout, they were super helpful, professional and kind. I would 100% recommend them and if we were to move again, we'll definitely use them. Thank you for everything Bear!

Ashingdon Letting: I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew at the property i was letting there was no hard sell of false promises just a clear professionalism. This was maintained right through the process even when we had the misfortune of a tenant pulling out a day before completing there was no panic just a phone call to say I have taken someone round and filled it for you! In a world where we are quick to rant and moan yet slow to praise it’s only fair that Andrew gets recognition his desire and as stated professionalism is 2nd to none and is a credit to Bear.

Bear sold our house fairly quickly with no issues. They took pictures and got it on the market very fast. They were always happy to help if we had questions and Sydney was great, especially towards the end when we had a slight delay further down the chain.
