GoogleHAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO CONTACT BALLYMORE BY PHONE AND AFTER HANGING ON FOR AGES THE MESSAGES SAYS THE PERSON AT THIS EXTENSION CANNOT BE CONTACT - LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES - I HAVE SENT 3 EMAIL WITH NO REPLY. VERY BAD SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET THAT MY URGENT QUERY CANNOT BE ANSWERED. CAN'T WAIT TO DEPART FROM THE BALLYMORE GROUP.

GoogleI lived in their building. Everything works at 40%, they only care about money it seems; no proper ventilation, defective plugs and furniture, no organic recycling. Will move out as soon as I can.

GoogleI just wonder who are those still buying properties developed by Ballymore. Then I find out that they just use the information asymmetry to rob oversea buyers. Even in the largest oversea market, Ballymore gets a reputation.

Google1 star is too many. Run away service charges, no accountability, slow, but plenty of legal threats. It's hard to put into words how bad this experience was. Useful FT article on this. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

GoogleBuild quality: ok but could be better. Management report: 3 years lagging I heard. Communications during completion: very poor. Everything through the solicitor they recommended that probably acted for them than for you. Solicitor they recommended: expensive. My mortgage advisor told me after discounting the £2k incentive (£2k off the solicitor fee they said to make you put deposit), they are charging more expensive than the next most expensive solicitor on the market. I’ll post it for you to judge. Also I never once spoke to the solicitor over the phone. All over email. Ok I lied, I called them once cause they did not respond to my email after days. That was it. Furniture pack: they claimed to be worth £10k furniture pack. What I received, mostly substandard. IKEA would have better furniture at 1/3 the cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Value
