GoogleDo not touch any of these builders who have carried out poor, shoddy, workmanship and then refused to correct it, leaving leaseholders to pay. Corruption is endemic throughout the building industry and backed by the government . Cannot be trusted. GoogleLoving the article in the financial times 13 March 2021 about this company. Their service charges go up 20% per year. So you’re stuck paying 2 mortgages......one for the property and one for the charges.... Then they don’t even make the repairs 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔🤔🤔 One to avoid.....you’ve been warned......
