GoogleI had an amazing experience moving into my apartment with Ballymore: the whole team supported me from beginning to end, we went through all the rough patches together and they cheered me up all the way. And even now, they are still doing it! I don’t need to search how to set up or do something for hours, I just asked to my contact (The amazing Tonya) and I have the answer!! Thank you for everything Ballymore team!! I will always be grateful for this amazing customer support!!

GoogleI had the best experience from first meeting with the sales team aka Ludi who has been instrumental in helping answer any queries and walking me through the entire process and with the completion team aka Tonya and Stephanie who helped me settle in to my new place and ensured I was supported after I had completed the purchase. They even helped me store some of my belongings before completing the purchase. The development is to a standard like no other and the people working here know everything you need to get around and make the most of it. Janine at GLH concierge is the best! And always on hand to help. All in all I had an amazing experience and I cannot thank everyone at Ballymore especially the people mentioned above

GoogleWe felt the Brentford project development is amazing, nothing like we've really seen before, to be honest. It’s great how it encompasses a lifestyle along with the flats. We just want to pass on our thanks and praise to Emily Moore for giving us a detailed tour and a great experience walking around the Brentford Project, and to mention how welcoming she made us feel; which is so refreshing. Emily is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, and as a Sales consultant, we felt she had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, making her a great asset to any team. Please pass on our feedback to Emily’s managers (though I am sure they are already aware of how great she is). All the best in your career, Emily, and thanks again!

GoogleWell I did it! Finally completed on my flat at the Brentford Project. What a journey. Thank you to a very patient Sara, and wonderful Tom and Emily who made the whole experience flow smoothly. The team has been so professional, kind, adaptive, understanding and wonderful. Settling into the nest and living. It’s a great community - massive shout out to the Everyman cinema. 🫶

Kedy Kutt was fantastic, she was incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through everything clearly, and took the time to answer all our questions. The viewing itself was well-organised and gave us a thorough understanding of the development. Kedy's warm and professional approach made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommended!
