GoogleSalvatore has been terrific in showing us around the Riverscape development, initially a few months ago, and again recently. The fact that he himself lives in the Riverscape development speaks a lot. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI recently purchased an apartment in Riverscape. The flats are absolutely amazing, and so is the Ballymore team. Buying your first home can be stressful but with a team like Ballymore the whole process was managed in a great way. Very customer-focused and very friendly! Thank you Salvatore for the smooth sales process and thank you Tonya for the post-completion support! Highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently purchased our flat at Riverscape through Ballymore and were fortunate to have Salvatore Cusimano guide us through the process. As first-time buyers and new to the UK, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Salvatore was incredibly supportive every step of the way. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and always approachable. He was quick to respond to our many queries and happily arranged additional viewings while we were still making our decision. Beyond that, he took the time to clearly explain how the buying process works in the UK, offering valuable advice that really helped us feel more confident and informed. He was also very transparent about how strong our offer would be and what potential discounts might be available, nothing ever felt rushed or unclear. Salvatore made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel smooth, well-organised, and even enjoyable. We’re very grateful for his guidance and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy at Riverscape. It was fantastic how Salvatore and all other colleagues from Ballymore supported us on finding the right apartment Your Sales team just Rocks and is so extremely customer centric. GoogleWe had a pleasant experience of purchasing lovely 2 bed apartment with Tom from sales team and Emily from completion team. Everything from the very beginning to the completion and after was smooth. Thanks a lot to the teams for being patient and welcoming!

GoogleBe very careful of buying from this developer. 1/. Service charges will increase disproportionately after the first few years. 2/. If there is any discrepancy/disagreement with service charges, they will launch malicious prosecutions using a firm of solicitors who will charge exorbitantly (Brady Solicitors)

GoogleLate October I saw the show flat at Brentford Project and loved it. I was already living in the building in a 2 bedroom flat but wanted to upsize. Tom one of the sales team told me that the show flat had been sold however one on the floor below was still available. The next day Sara showed me around the three bedroom property with views over the City of London Kew Gardens and Syon Park. I knew there were many interested parties so I moved quickly and in early November Sara rang me with the good news the flat was mine. I exchanged in December and completed March 31st. From beginning to end the sales team of AJ, Tom and Sara could not have been more accommodating. I felt they were on my side throughout the process. Last Monday Emily, who handles the completions gave me the keys a bottle of Nyetimber and some other goodies. I absolutely love living here and the sales team have been a joy to work with.
